This place is outdated and run down. Rooms are falling apart, beds ancient and dirty. Saw huge cockroaches in room. Towels never changed and I had a brand new never used beach towel taken from the room. Half the facilities and bars advertised are never open. Huge line up for drinks at the only bar open at night. Nowhere near enough pool and beach chairs and the few they have are always reserved with towels. Food very limited but was expecting that. Never again, big waste of money

This was our third visit here. Amazing resort!! Small but perfect. People are absolutely amazing!! Food was great! Drinks plentiful and cold. Room was perfect. Cleaned daily and fresh linens. Beach was so nice. Perfect sunrises. I cannot say enough about this place. I'm excited to plan our next visit.

This resort is very run down and should not yet be open to the public. Doors don’t lock, no hot water or no water at all, rooms are not cleaned properly, food is plentiful but repetitive, alcohol is plentiful but nothing to mix it with (juice, soda, etc.) Everything smells a bit musty/moldy. Broken tiles in the shower stalls. Safes do not work or are not secured. Service is only received if you pay extra for it, example you have to “tip” the maid if you expect your room attended to before not after they do their job. Very few chairs at beach or pool and many of the ones there are broken. I had no towels one day and had to wait 45 minutes to receive some and did so only after making a big fuss.
