Rooms are on the smaller size but well Equipped with fridge and microwave Free breakfast which is a bonus plus they let you take things out of the very large breakfast room Good size gym, very friendly and helpful staff No restaurant on site. There are two corners stores across the street. Restaurants are a ten minute walk and about 10-15 minutes to the beach. You can book all tours on site but if you want a good discount you need to go to a time share preview. Count on 3 hours For the timeshare I will definitely stay here again... very fair price and I really appreciated the quality of the staff

Holiday Inn Express in Waikiki may be a bit off the beach or main strip, but has many conveniences. The newer status provides LEED certification and great compactness. The breakfast is great and has a great selection. The bed was comfortable and room was well lit. The staff was welcoming but it was a bit of a challenge to check in as I was driving a car. Stalls are narrow so if you’re renting an SUV hope you have great parking skills.

Great hotel, but don't bring a car!

We enjoyed our stay, and breakfast was crowded but tasty. The only thing is that the parking was very limited and VERY expensive! $35 a night! If you're just staying in Waikiki, skip the rental car and save yourself the hassle and expence. The hotel itself was recently updated, comfortable, and in a great location.

The hotel is decent. The free breakfast is very good, and the pillows and bed are very comfortable. The wifi was very good as well, and the staff was pretty friendly. The downside is that there are way too many rooms and people staying at the hotel so the breakfast area is very crowded, the elevators take forever and are packed all the time, and the pool area is overcrowded as well. The location is great though.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel with friends, while the location is fine, the rooms are the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in when staying in an American Hotel or a Holiday Inn. The air conditioner is a window unit and it blows directly on the bed, that may be a good or a bad thing for you, but at least you know to expect it.
