The trip was the worst vacation I have been on. The resort is run down and room has not been updated. Service at the pool was very poor. Over half the drinks I ordered did not show up. I did the all inclusive and definitely was not worth it. If you did not golf the was not much to do. Service to get to the Town was very limited. The concierge Christina was very rude and unprofessional. Getting your room cleaned was almost impossible they would show up late in the day always when you were trying to shower and relax before diner. The staff was courteous but very slow. The would not go there. Mark K

Choche was great. The only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because there was too much time getting my order to us. Very kind and thoughtful.

We ate at Danzante for dinner. The dinner was outstanding. We had lobster, steak, and pork dishes, all outstanding. Omar, our waiter was excellent. The manager, chef, and Omar all came out and presented the meal and made sure the food was cooked to our liking. They were keen to every detail. It's just wonderful!

It was a Fabulous adventure. The beaches and the desert were pristine. Our guides, Carlos and Jose were quite knowledgeable and very fun. The ride was challenging but manageable. All the equipment was in great condition and super clean until we got back, haha. Everyone was dirty and dusty. I’d do it again!!

Best vacation and quiet atmosphere I have experienced in my life. First time I experienced All Inclusive and the steak house was amazing. Appreciate the amazing customer service I experienced in the Market Place with Manny & Joshua. Rafael introduced me to buying a time share with Christian Yahir. First Class Service!
