One of the best all inclusive we have stayed in, it has a wide variaty of restaurants and activities that allows you to really enjoy and take advantage of the package. The service of the staff was excellent some special mentions for Yarenny at the frontal desk, Florinda, Ana, Cinthia y Alexia at Siempre restaurant, and for William and Gregory at tha SteakHouse.

All in all I had an absolutely amazing time with my sisters celebrating my birthday at this all Inclusive resort. The scenery was amazing but the staff was the icing on my cake. Ana and Florinda were the sweetest most accommodating waitresses I have ever encountered. You simply knew they were genuinely good people at heart. Chef Issac did a wonderful job hands down. We will definitely be back

The Siempre Restaurant had the best customer service. We LOVED Ana and went to restaurant when she was on duty! Drinks were delish! Thanks Ana. Also kudos to the chef Issac. Everything was fresh and hot and good! The hotel was clean and service was prompt

The best thing about this resort are the people who work there! From our initial arrival to our departure, the guest experience was excellent, and this is really attributed to the staff and managers of all the departments. We were met with smiles and greetings from all, and everyone made us feel comfortable no matter what our request. We will be happy to return in the near future.

We have stayed here numerous times and come back for not only the food but the staff is absolutely wonderful. Alan and Isra are absolutely amazing they made sure everything was perfect! Ana was our server in the mornings at Siempre and she always made sure our day started off right. She is super attentive and welcoming. Edit Cotez at the omelette station did an amazing job. At the pool Luis always made sure our drinks were full and had plenty of food when needed. Amanda at the pool, she is a wonderful person and super helpful when needed. Marina at Pescados was a pleasure as well. We are looking forward to coming back in December if not sooner.
