Pros- Location is amazing if you’re going to a convention and it’s also close to Disneyland. The lobby area is nice and the parking is free. The room itself was pretty spacious as well. Cons- The hallways often smelled like mold or cleaner. The bed is probably the worst bed I’ve ever had at a hotel- super flat pillows and no support to the mattress. Signs of aging in the hotel. Overall, it was a decent place because of the location.

Rented the kids suite... I expected a little more room.. Basically a regular size room with french curtain door in middle... Nothing fancy, a little pricey for type of room $240. Pool was nice and clean..No continental breakfast... Great smoking area.. 10 min walk from disney

    Meh....

As expected, its cheap enough, quite close and great places close by to eat and shop. We regularly go to Disneyland, would we go back? Prob try another place.... what really blows is the "resort fee". When I asked what is was for, they told me to cover "parking"... I didnt drive, then it was for "wifi" but it was to be included (as advertised)....on and on it went. This is simply a cash grab that everyone is including....perhaps its for toilet paper? Like I said if you can get a good deal...stay its very close and a really nice spot.....MEH!

Our room at this hotel was smelly, it seemed to come from the air conditioner, smelled like septic tank. The bathroom smelled like old pee. Overall it was not a clean room, everything needs updating. The pool area and hot tub were ok, however the pool towels when there was some, were old and shredding. The close proximity to Disney was it's redeeming feature. My advice is to look for a better hotel.

I stay in a lot of family friendly hotels, and of all the ones I’ve stayed in recently, this one made me *feel* the most “dirty”. The hotel is old, outdated, and in great need of renovations. Our room felt dirty, which in turn made ME feel gross. The fabric armchair and couch appeared old and stained. The armoire had a handprint on it (Pledge, anyone?!!) and the bathroom was, by far, the grossest part of the whole room. The tile was stained and disgusting. The shower grout was stained, giving the shower the appearance of being unclean. The air vent was covered in dust. The mirror had mildewy stains around it. This was NOT a place that made me feel confident about housing my children for any amount of time. The website mentions a shuttle, which is misleading. It is not the hotel’s shuttle. It’s a public shuttle, for which fees apply. There is no breakfast included, and no real amenities to speak of. Parking is atrocious, so much so that we had to be given a pass to park in the Residence Inn garage next door. Now the good parts... a decent walk to the park. Not a hop, skip and a jump, but close enough to walk there and back once a day. The family room with bunk beds is a nice setup. The door between the sleeping area is essentially a decoy, though, because it does nothing to drown out sound, and keep out light from the main area if the little ones need light to sleep. Still, it creates a feeling of separation, which is good for getting kids to go to sleep. Overall, the savings are simply not worth the things that you miss here... such as a visibly clean-feeling environment, stress-free parking, breakfast included, etc. I will not stay again.
