Great resort! Staff are amazing and food was great. Miguel was very helpful with any questions we have! We had an amazing time at the resort. Different activities every day. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and live musics. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back!

We had such a great time here. Staff are super friendly, housekeeping was great. I ordered dry cleaning because I ended up with dirty clothes from dune buggies. I was really worried that I had ruined the clothes. Long behold, the staff did a great job and got all the mud out. And the cost was only $6USD. The food was amazing. I cried on my last day leaving because I loved it here so much. And if you’re from Canada, when someone asks where you are from, say Punta Canada! Thank you to everyone at TRS!

Our7th time at this resort! This says it all ! Our butlers Francisco,Oscar,Julio and Cesaro are the best! These gentlemen are exceptional at there jobs! The restaurants and room service are amazing! Our house keepers day and evening were amazing! When we arrived Tomas greeted us as he remembered us from previous stays! He is a gentleman! If you want a relaxing no hassle vacation I highly recommend TRS Turquesa punta cana ! Can’t wait to go back next year

Exceptional attention to detail from room amenities to Spa experiences, Lobby cocktails . Lovely staff , helpful friendly and butler service from Melanie and many others in our tower 54 always asking us if we needed anything . The housekeeping staff , Jissel mota and other men and women working hard to keep all supplies available and were just fabulous and really made our rooms up top notch . From quiet swim pools to more social pools, palapas on the beach or lounges tucked around the towers many places to spend time of your choosing . Night life galore and restaurants were wow ! Lots of good choices in buffets throughout the day and night . Specialty resto’s do a mid to well job , depending on what you order but remember we are on an island and expect that some items won’t be just like ‘ home’ ! Our group of 4 couples all had some different fav’s . The convenience of many electric multi people carts getting you here to there was great but also many places super quick to walk to from our property . Enjoyed walking beautiful Bavaro beaches and swimming the waters ! Will be back :)

I need to break this review into sections to explain my rating. 1. The beach - 10/10. Absolutely amazing. I was one of the cleanest beaches i have been to. Even with the vendors asking if you want to buy something, get your hair braided or take a pic with random animals, the beach was still the best part of the trip. 2. The food - 1/10. The food is awful!! I was constantly confused as to why none of the food had any taste to it. I was warned that the food did not have any seasonings, but nothing had a taste to it. The presentation and dessert is beautiful, but it's like you are chewing on air. The room service options and the food at the grill on the beach was much better than the restaurants. 3. The hotel rooms - 5/10. The location is great because it's only a few steps from the pool and the beach, but our room smelled like sewer. It took me 4 days to realize it was coming from the shower drain. We asked several times for wash clothes that we didn't receive. It also wasn't cleaned well. I was in the room will it was being cleaned one day and didn't need to see that the floor was mopped with the same water from other rooms. Also there were crumbs from a plate that was there when we arrived that was spilled on the counter by the staff and was not cleaned up for days. (I eventually cleaned it off after day 3). Friends were staying in another hotel on the resort and it was much better. 4. The staff - 8/10. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My family has traveled here previously and it was great that several of the staff members remembered them. Only negative was that we did not receive the daily text messages from our butler letting us know the days activities. 5. Activities - 5/10. Wasn't a lot of options. Thinking that if we would have received the text from our butler, we would have known what was going on. We just stumbled on performers by just walking around the resort. I guess the most popular event is Bingo. It's loud and chaotic. Went 1 night and that was enough. Overall, I would not go back to this resort just on the food alone. I was hoping to experience authentic Dominican food but that wasn't even an option anywhere. Have friends traveling there during the summer. Maybe their resort will be better than this one and I can go back to DR again.
