This resort truly has the best staff. Starts with Bernard in the Preferred check in to Roberto who took care of our every need. Too Brandon and Alfredo at the main pool. Thanks to everyone for making this one of the best vacations . We will definitely revisit. We enjoyed it so much we actually booked an extra night while we were there.

Our trip was for a family wedding, from the moment we arrived at the resort to the time we left we were pampered as if we were the only ones there. The amenities and staff are amazing. We enjoyed each of the restaurants and tried so many delicious meals. The pool area was never overcrowded and the wait staff kept our beverages full. Our concierge, Esther, checked with us each day to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. Every staff member we encountered was so positive and polite. Our week at Secrets Maroma was truly magical and we definitely plan on going back.

This was a lovely resort with exceptional service. Every staff member made certain that we comfortable and our needs were met. Jair, our personal concierge, was attentive, friendly, and professional. The property is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Plenty of choices of good restaurants, fun activities, and a gorgeous pool make this a perfect getaway. But the beach is the real star of this resort! It is stunningly beautiful. I look forward to going back.

My husband and I flew to Mexico for vacation. When we arrived at the resort, we discovered our reservation was canceled. Aaron was our representative and found us a room better than what we originally booked. The property was gorgeous and easy to navigate. Oscar and the entire staff were awesome. They made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you for saving our vacation.
