Love the beds and towels were soft, thank you and Josefina was so pleasant and kind. She cleaned our room so fast we were shocked. The phone in the bedroom no good it kept hanging up when we tried to call for car. We had to go down to valet. Otherwise we were good. Everyone so pleasant.

The rooms are clean, comfortable lobby and wonderful staff. Josie was super helpful with recommendations around Waikiki. The location is awesome as well, close enough to the beach but far enough away to be quiet. Good shopping and food are close by. The Waikiki Market across the street has the best polo I have ever had and is really convenient.

Overall the hotel was great. It is situated in a very convenient location. Overall the staff was mostly pleasant. Everyone was helpful. My main complaint was during check in. I booked 3 city view rooms and requested adjoining/same level. When I checked in, my rooms were place in 3 different floors. Only 1 room was >10th floor. The other 2 rooms were on the 4th and 6th floor. When I questioned why the rooms are so spread out, I was told that the hotel was fully booked for the whole week and there is nothing they can do. However as I questioned why my party was not placed in city view rooms which I paid extra for, only then did the person that checked us in was able to change 2/3 rooms to the same floor >10th floor. Also, I requested 2/3 rooms to have king beds and was given 2 double beds for every room I booked. I booked my rooms ~2 months in advance. My overall impression of the hotel was positive. As mentioned my only complaint are that room requests was mostly ignored until I had to complain.

Great experience all around. Stayed here for 5 nights. Lobby area is awesome and it’s right across the street from the International Market, so a variety of food is a step away. Josefina S. was outstanding and always made sure we came back to a clean and replenished room, which is needed after a long day out in the sun. Her hard work and assistance during our stay made it memorable.
