Excellent service from Vidal at the Infinity bar! Expresso martini was fabulous!!! Food was really good. First time in Jamaica but not the last! The room was nice and clean. All the resort was clean and everybody was really nice and helpful. Really good vibe !!

From the moment we checked in on May 3rd, we faced continuous issues accessing our room, which significantly impacted our stay. Initially, we were told that the problem with the lock was a general issue affecting all guests, but it quickly became apparent that it was isolated to only some rooms, as our friends had no such difficulties. The staff proposed a complimentary upgrade due to the faulty lock as security and maintenance said our issue was actually due to a broken lock that needed to be replaced, however, this fell through due to ongoing miscommunications between the front desk and maintenance. After security and maintenance confirmed the lock was broken, they attempted a repair which left us in our room for an hour and in half with them with tools everywhere. This disruption meant we missed scheduled entertainment because we couldn't prepare in our room with them in here. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of resolution. After several assurances and failed attempts to fix the lock, we were eventually moved to a similar room in a different building where, disappointingly, we encountered the same issue. The lack of urgency and effective communication from the staff was disheartening. This was my first visit to Jamaica, and unfortunately, the experience at this resort has left a negative impression. I cannot recommend this resort due to the severe inconvenience we have endured, and it is unlikely I would consider returning. Really hoping the rest of the trip we have a better experience and most importantly, I get access to my room and personal belongings without the need to call security or maintenance to let me in!

Rajae and Devar were the best part of my time! They were fun and gave me the best time at the bar. Everything else was ok. Truly give my best gratitude to Rajae and Devar. Would come back only for them

Bed is not comfortable, if you are a couple and would like to move to the side of the bed you are definitely going to fell down, no edge support on the mattress. Today it is around 6 pm , came back to the room and it is not clean , bed sheet are not replaced, as well as towels, Called the receptionist and was promised to have someone right away, it’s been an hour and no one showed up All cocktails at the bars taste the same, no matter what you order, most important is to leave a tip The resort have a fleet of scammer trying to sell you some membership more likely you will not need it (speaking of myself) least one will cost $38k usd, and if you ask for any printable information , the answer is “sorry we don’t have it”

Tips First ---- Large Resort please be aware and lots of walking to do but they do have carts to take you around . Drive time from the airport is about 1 hr please leave the resort by 4 hrs early traffic was insane for us coming and going came in on Friday evening at 3pm and left Wednesday morning at 8 am . Its an English speaking country bring tips for them they love it . We did private airport transportation we are glad we did so and not done the shuttle with bus stops after a long flight im not sure you want to do this others in our party did so and yes they did regret it . We booked with tcjtours look for them they were amazing and i never used such a good transportation service before you will thank me . Club mobay gets you outside of the airport mess in under 35 minutes use it book it early it gets sold out pretty fast in summer and winter dont play around with these tips life savers . Avoid Time share presentations waster of hours of your time use it on the beach . The resort vibes was amazing we had a good time outside the resort as well people were friendly and it seems everyone in Jamaica like to chat we didnt find any unfriendly people . The food options at the buffet was excellent we love Jamaica curry goat it had lots of bones but we still love the flavor . Jamaica coffee at miss lou is amazing . The pool side activities and music was spot on and amazing . Micheal Jackson show night amazing . The people who look after your children amazing . The sunset is beautiful . We went to Ricks Cafe and Negril for 6 hours it was unforgettable . No dirty rooms no stressed out workers no broken bathtubs . Checking was a little slow theres a bar right there for drinks while you wait . Overall its 4/5 resort but everything felt like a 5 . We were pleased and sad to leave that is all .
