Sa sa the chef: was a delight. He is amazing and passionate at his work. He is always smiling. He made everyone smile when he made our breakfast eggs ! Love him. He deserves the best. Please make sure he gets all of our support and love !! Rosaura Pérez waitress: love her!! She was sweet and always smiling ! Vanessa waitress professional Melvininellis hostess sweet and helpful. I would have liked less promoters. I don’t like the promoters stopping and almost following us every corner we turned. Once a person says , no thank you. They continue to ask more questions. Not a fan of that. If we want something we could go to the front desk to ask about it.

Worker Jose Franco b made sure our trip and everything we needed from amenities excursions restaurant reservations were all taken cared of. The room towels were the best every. They were af big as a bed sheet.

We had a great stay and overall the service was exceptional. The employees are very friendly and always there to help. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would come back

I love everything about this resort. While some other places are so big that you would feel lost, after just a few hours, you will feel at home at Occidental Punta Cana. Great service, beautiful beach, delicious food, amazing entertainment... I have stayed there many times before; I honestly can't wait to be back.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The ocean view was spectacular - the room was comfortable, especially the bed, and I loved the bathroom.
