Rest, relaxation, peace

We had an unbelievably great time. I have never seen so many genuine smiles on peoples faces. We came to Zoetry for our honeymoon and what we got was a lot more than we expected. Our concierge, Wiris Guzman, checked in with us twice a day to ensure our needs and wants were met. Rosie, our server on the beach was very attentive and delightful. Oliver, our bell boy, was prompt and very helpful. We will definitely be returning to this resort.

Beach was not what I expected. Lots of seaweed. Staff was very attentive. Excursions and resort activities were great.

A Paradise on Earth

This was a hotel I wanted to go so badly in the last few years. The reception and check in process were fantastic thanks to Elizabeth and her staff. Manuel our concierge made sure that we got everything we needed, including a cake and mini birthday celebration ( along with Cava) for my wife. The room was comfortable and everything we needed was there. Nice swim up room with a clean nice pool. Area was quiet and if you love nature, this is the place to come. Many endemic species of birds and plants. Quietness ( just the birds and the waves)makes this paradise on earth. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks department leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks were kinda premium but not top shelf ( for the price you pay they should be- go to the Hyatt Zilara instead) and the food was mediocre to be nice with the hotel. Only premium experience in the food and drinks department was that meals were a la carte and not the dreaded menu.
