The staff at this resort were amazing. They were so friendly and always remembered us and our names. Truly the nicest people. The resort was very clean and the entertainment was interesting and engaging. Each time I go back it gets better. One of my favourite places to go!

This hotel is expensive, so you definitely need to make sure to take advantage of all the amenities to make it worth the money. The rooms are basic nothing great there, but the food was good and the amount of activities that they had available was insane. that makes it a great trip, also the most beautiful strips of beach that you’ll ever see! I will say the one thing we were slightly disappointed in is overall the workers were neutral or nice at best. No one was over the top friendly, but at the same time, no one was rude. I’m just used to places that go out of their way to be friendly so slightly disappointed.

Beaches Negril is absolutely amazing! The beach/water views are stunning, the food is delicious, the staff is extremely friendly & the entertainment is out of this world! Special thanks to Dersha & Deli for making our stay so warm and memorable!

We had an incredible week at Beaches Negril (4/20-4/27 of 2024) This is our 3rd trip to the resort and it just keeps getting better every time! The food was amazing (Yaku and the food trucks were new to us and they are wonderful additions to the existing restaurants). Service was exceptional-everyone was kind and attentive, always asking if we needed anything. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The entertainment staff was nothing short of amazing-playing volleyball and other games the kids by day and wowing us with performances by night. Delly, Jose, John, Alvin, and Kemal were absolute standouts. They gathered the somewhat hesitant teens together right out of the gate, they remembered all the kids’ names, they sang karaoke with them, they danced, they chatted, they laughed-it meant so much to our 16 year old, Grace. She will always remember each and every one of them. We are diamond level guests and will forever rank this resort in our top favorites for SO MANY REASONS.
