This was a hotel I wanted to go so badly in the last few years. The reception and check in process were fantastic thanks to Elizabeth and her staff. Manuel our concierge made sure that we got everything we needed, including a cake and mini birthday celebration ( along with Cava) for my wife. The room was comfortable and everything we needed was there. Nice swim up room with a clean nice pool. Area was quiet and if you love nature, this is the place to come. Many endemic species of birds and plants. Quietness ( just the birds and the waves)makes this paradise on earth. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks department leaves a lot to be desired. Drinks were kinda premium but not top shelf ( for the price you pay they should be- go to the Hyatt Zilara instead) and the food was mediocre to be nice with the hotel. Only premium experience in the food and drinks department was that meals were a la carte and not the dreaded menu.

I was pleasantly surprised about this resort. I usually stay away from all inclusive resorts. As all resorts they do go light on the liquor but luckily I drink beer. The rooms were COLD, the way I love it, i am sure you can adjust that, but ours was perfect, something I never see in any hotel.

I traveled here for my wedding earlier this month and it was just magical! The staff was so kind and attentive. I traveled with my daughter and step daughter and they were so kind but also so accommodating. The pool bar was so fun! The bar tender got to the point to where he would see that our drinks were getting empty and he would have one on deck. The concierge would come around and check on everyone! It came in handy that room service was 24 hours. We got there and were jet lagged and randomly woke up at 2am and got food up in about 20 mins. We did a couples massage and the spa was so beautiful. Overall it was a relaxing experience. My wedding day went without a hitch! The wedding coordinator Albania treated me like she was my friend of many years. She walked me through the entire process and I had nothing to worry about. I loved every second of my week in Punta Cana at Zoetry!

This resort is gorgeous and even better than the pictures. Amada made our vacation so special with the surprises and personal touches!

My husband & I stayed at Zoetry April 5 -12th. This resort is absolutely amazing if you are looking for some quiet, relaxation and a wonderful beach! Wiris was our incredible concierge. He was always available to help us with whatever we needed. So convenient to send messages via WhatsApp and he always responded & took action quickly! Thank you to Noel for checking us in upon arrival and having the spa lady come and give me a free 5 minute massage while we waited for our room. All the staff, from the maids, to the front desk staff, to the wait staff, to maintenance, to the room service manager, to the activities staff, they all seemed to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. They truly made our vacation the best one we have ever had. I love that no reservations are required at any restaurant, no wrist bands & no towel card. Food and drinks are amazing...Amaya was our favourite for breakfast & lunch, mainly because of Confesor, Ameudys and Serginia. They were always smiling & attentive. Every restaurant & bar had great staff...sorry I don't know all the names but thank you! I am gluten intolerant and had no problem finding lots of variety to eat and they make note of any dietary restrictions. The beach is incredible! You can walk forever. We tried snorkelling and saw a few fish but not much. Was still a lot of fun. You get a free beach bag (nice and big), a free 20 minute massage (was amazing), 45 min horseback ride on the beach (we opted out of that) and free next day laundry service. Absolutely amazing! We have travelled all over the Caribbean, Central & South American (including staying a 2 different Sandals resorts) and this resort is by far superior to any other. We look forward to returning and I'm not big on staying in the same place twice! Thanks again for an amazing vacation!
