Overview
The Iberostar Selection Cancun is an All Inclusive luxury hotel standing on one of the world's most spectacular white sandy beaches. Its cleverly designed architecture enables guests to enjoy spectacular natural views and benefit from the invigorating sea breeze. The kids love staying here. The Star camp was blast, as they said. The hotel is in a beautiful location with lovely grounds. It's luxurious and offers excellent service. There's plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. We will definitely comeback.

Fantastic job, everyone was great and very helpful Exceptional Service Makes the Resort Shine From the moment we arrived at Iberostar, we were enveloped in exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The concierge, Harry, was a lifesaver. They helped us with dinner reservations, recommending hidden gems and making sure we secured spots at popular restaurants. They even arranged a last-minute birthday cake for my partner, which made their day. Housekeeping was fantastic. Our room was spotless every time we returned, and they were always happy to accommodate our requests for extra towels or toiletries. The staff at the pool and beach were equally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable day soaking up the sun. The genuine warmth and helpfulness of the staff truly elevated our resort experience. They made us feel welcome, valued, and cared for, and their attentiveness to detail made a significant difference.
