Currently staying here at the resort. Positives and negatives. We always have a blast with the pool and activities. Bianca was wonderful with my son and took great care of him both during arts and crafts and in the shop. Corkscrew food and drinks are yummy and service is pretty quick. This is our fourth year at coconut point and tanglewood continues to be a big disappointment. Dinner was an exorbitant amount of money for a mediocre at best meal. It honestly infuriated me to pay that much for it. Breakfast to go was also extremely overpriced and the bagels weren’t roasted as we requested. The other disappointment was to arrive back at our room at 3pm and housekeeping still had not attended to. We are longstanding Hyatt members so we continue to stay however we know never to visit tanglewood again.

This is one of my family’s favorite hotels to visit. We never even leave the resort because there isn’t a need to. The pools and food are amazing. The slides and lazy river keep us entertained all day. The rooms are great and the views even better.

We were here on business. The hotel is clean and updated. The very best event food and beverage experience we’ve had at any hotel or resort. The food quality and consistency, the service and the experience the team delivered was exceptional. Highly recommend this resort for business meetings, a family vacation or a couples getaway. My wife especially enjoyed the quiet (adult) pool away from the fray to relax, have a quiet lunch and read a book. The water slides, lazy river and ice cream truck were hits with the kids (and many adults). The resort’s golf course is close by and is in great condition. Overall a fabulous experience.

Horrible time to be there. Outside dinner was bad due to bug bites. Huge welts and red spots over legs and body. If you go in April....take a GALLON of BUG SPRAY

Had a business trip and brought the family. Everyone had fun. Family played while I worked and they're planning to come again next year.
