This property had potential but lack of attention I think has aged it. Rooms are very dated, beds not that comfortable. Our room swipe keys seemed to be a one time use - when you’re in the room the longest way back from reception this can get very tiring. The restaurant on site was good but lacking good customer service. Only two washing machines for such a large property also was a problem. The pool is beautiful and you can’t beat the location that’s for sure.

I’ve never walked into a hotel and felt like I was at home until now! The beds are so comfortable and the staff is wonderful! Mike is the best!!! We cannot wait to come back “home”!

We had a lovely stay at The Anaheim Hotel. The rooms are dated and my room smelled a bit musty but the beds are amazing and the pillows are great. Proximity to Disneyland is perfect - walking distance. The absolute best part of this hotel is its staff. Everyone we came into contact with was kind, friendly, and helpful. I'd stay here again just because of that. Mike, our bellman, came to help us get our luggage. He was kind and patient. We had a ton of stuff. Thank you Anaheim Hotel!

We stayed there for our Disneyland trip. Very convenient, clean, friendly, responsive staff, comfy beds, nice pool. They went above and beyond when I accidentally left my favorite shirt and jeans in the dresser drawer and didn’t realize until after I checked out and was already on the way home. I called to see if they could be found and mailed to me. I received them shortly thereafter. Classy.
