Beautiful resort, friendly staff Benjamin Louis and Jesus are fantastic entertainment staff especially with Volleyball. So many activities and things to do. Take advantage of the more inclusive- the catamaran and snorkel were so fun. So many beds and great place to chill out. Shout out to our concierge Ana, Ava, and I forget the third. They were all so amazing! Thanks for making this vacation excellente!

Jesus has been incredible with the activities that we have participated in since we have been here. Also Carlos, Luis, Alex, Benjamin, luana, Maria, gabo and Angy have been awesome with any questions and Sergio was the best bartender. We loved our stay so far.

The Palms is possibly the most tropical, lush, mature grounds of any resort we have ever been to in Mexico (we’ve been about 20 times). There are so many hammocks, beautiful plants & happy critters everywhere ?? This really sets the tone for an immersive holiday experience! The beach was kept very clean & the ocean is rock walled so while deep swimming isn’t possible it’s perfect for floating, walking & wading in. The pools are also immaculate & pool bars are either in or very near each one. Loads of Bali beds & loungers available throughout the resort with fresh towels near by. We stayed in a junior suite which was well appointed & kept very clean, complete with turn down service (such a nice touch!) All areas of the resort were equally as clean, the public washrooms are spotless & smell lemony :) The service is absolutely awesome! Everyone we encountered was friendly & helpful. Special shoutouts to Diana & Mary C (hostesses) Omar, Eduardo, Genri & Renando (waiters at Culinarium) and Cristiano, Lisbeth & Jesus (all 3) (bartenders) A few of us enjoyed yoga every morning at 830 with Adriana. She is very kind & an excellent instructor. I wanted to take her back with me! Our favourite eats were the Culinarium for both breakfast & dinner. Italian, Gourmet Pub & Klay Talay for supper. For lunch try pizza at the Sandwicherie or sausages & chicken taco at the bbq frontera. Gelato at Driftwood is also a must. Be sure to ask for a warm cornbread at the bottom. I cannot say enough how much we loved this resort. We travelled with a group of 15 friends (couples & solos) and there was absolutely something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Jesus from entertainment team is the best, I really enjoyed staying in the Palms section because of the entertainment team, shout out to Jesus, Benjamin, Luis, Maria, Gabo, Alex, Luana, Miriam, Andy, I cannot wait to come back.

Just had the most incredible stay at TUI El Dorado Seaside Suites! The food was amazing, and the entertainment team, especially Luis, he made our holiday! His positive and welcoming attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Can't wait to visit again soon! ??
