I’m a local here in Pacific Beach and my escape for the weekend is the Catamaran hotel and spa. I ride my bike over, enjoy my spa treatment, hang out by the pool and then to the Oceana restaurant (on site) for a bite to eat. Today, my spa treatment was an 80 minute massage with Mario. Thank you Mario. for listening to my needs and providing top notch service. You’ll see when you arrive that everyone is welcoming and accommodating - Im fortunate that this hotel is part of my neighborhood.

Our stay at the Catamaran Hotel was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the front desk service, particularly from Randy, was exceptional, setting the tone for a fantastic experience. The kids were thrilled by the entertaining bird tricks, adding a unique touch to our stay. Dinner at Oceana Coastal was a highlight of our trip, with the rosemary bread standing out as a particularly memorable culinary delight. The hotel's tropical landscaping added to the overall ambiance, creating a serene and picturesque setting. Overall, our time at the Catamaran Hotel was filled with wonderful moments and lasting memories.

I had an incredible massage from Christina. I requested that she focus on my shoulders and she really opened them up - my mobility was much better the next day. She used very firm pressure but the massage still felt comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at the Catamaran- special shout out to Diante for helping us book our stay in a beautiful room! We were there for leisure and were able to enjoy the spa, restaurant, bar, and scenery. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and have many times before.

We loved our stay, the property is in an amazing location, our room in the tower was comfortable with great views in a renovated room. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We did not rent a car and did not need it at all. Our meals in the hotel were excellent with incredible views. Loved the birds and the aquariums and the daily presentations introducing the gorgeous birds. We will return!!!
