What an amazing and stunningly beautiful resort! Our family of 4 (kids ages 10 and 7) had a fantastic spring break at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. We tried all of the restaurants and every meal was delicious. My favorite was the French and my husband's favorite was Italian. Our room was very comfortable with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The staff here all work so hard to give guests a truly comfortable and relaxing vacation, we are so lucky that we stayed here. I absolutely loved that both the buffet restaurant and the Calypso restaurant have views of the ocean - I just loved breakfast and lunch at Calypso while looking out at the ocean. The ocean swimming area is small and quiet, not a huge beach, but really beautiful and definitely enough space to enjoy swimming in the ocean. My kids can't stop talking about the games they played by the pool and the nightly entertainment was fun. I especially loved the talent show and the Violin player. Union Jacks sports bar was really fun in the evenings. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jamaica is a beautiful country and thank you to the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall staff for an unforgettable trip. We loved every minute!!

Can’t say enough great things about our recent stay here at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Starting with the staff, everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. The grounds were kept very clean, and the food at the resort was very delicious. We ate at four of the specialty restaurants (the Jamaican, Asian fusion, Italian, and French restaurants) and enjoyed each and every single one of them equally. Moreover, the breakfast in the morning buffet is out of this world delicious. They offered American style breakfast (complete with an omelette station), Jamaican style breakfast, and a small international style breakfast (with cuisine from various countries) at the buffet each morning. Moving onto the rooms, our room was awesome. We had an amazing bathroom, an ocean view, and a nice sized balcony with a daybed. For the price you pay, your dollar definitely goes along way here! We also recommend doing some excursions, especially the bamboo rafting experience, which certainly exceeded our expectations. We also recommend bringing small bills because you will certainly need them for the tips you will give as a result of the amazing service you receive here. 10/10 stay, we will definitely be back again soon!
