Great location, most things are walking distance. Staff always friendly and helpful. I would personally like to mention the professionalism of Katty P (Assistant front desk manager) She when beyond help and understanding my situation. Great rooms and breakfast. When I get the chance of visiting San Francisco this hotel will be in my number 1 list.

Amazing location near fishermans warf. Very close to everything you need and close to many bus stops. Hotel itself is clean, breakfast is tasty and staff are really nice. When we checked in 34$ US accommodation fee per night (as expected) and even got some coupons for bike rentals/restaurants. Breakfast was always tasty. Super happy with my choice to stay here Addressing some of the complaints: -line ups at breakfast: yes but goes super quickly and staff organize it super well. saw some lady annoyed that she could not stand and talk to her friends. girl get out of the way, if you aren't eating you shouldn't be there. -loud rooms: yes AC is a bit loud but bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound and you will be fine -drug problem: yes there are some druggies around but none ever bothered us OVERALL: very happy - stayed here for 5 nights with boyfriend and would stay here again!!!

Great hotel. Can’t fault it. Staff super helpful. Breakfast staff show great team work, with so many customers, they all work together perfectly. No queues and always polite and helpful. Location ideal, 10 min walk to pier 39 etc. in room is a hair dryer and hot drinks machine with coffee pods and milk etc provided. Shampoo etc in bathroom. All very clean. Air con works fine. Safe in room. I would use this hotel again

Excellent breakfast. Hotel public areas very cold. good location. busy with tour groups. try to book 2nd or 3rd floor rooms

A great hotel, the staff are so friendly and professional. the room was very spacious and clean. A nice relaxed bar in the evenings. Breakfast was great, a great choice and tasty fresh food. The hotel is in a perfect location few minutes walk to pier 39. Thank you to all staff who made a weeks holiday very enjoyable. 5*
