Amazingly comfortable room. Very clean. Very quiet for downtown. Great food. Helpful staff. Good view.

Great warm customer service it felt very posh clean and beautiful. Close to restaurants but parking is expensive . I didn’t know it was cheaper if you stay as a guest at the hotel.

Located in the heart of downtown, the Hyatt is convenient to many of the local Calgary attractions. As a Globalist member received access to Regency Club lounge which offered breakfast, afternoon snacks and beverages and evening appies. This is my go to hotel in Calgary. Although some of the furniture is dated, I found the beds to be comfortable and the black out blinds made it easy to sleep in. Had a great stay.

An excellent hotel located next to CalgaryTransit stop and restaurants so it was convenient. Hotel food was great and staff were helpful and friendly especially the restaurant staff. I would stay there again.

The staff from beginning to end were great. We had the romance package because we were celebrating our first anniversary and everything was perfect. We are going to be going back for our next anniversary
