Fantastic time

The resort was very different than what I expected but I really liked it. Its grounds are enormous and you can either choose to walk or call upfront and they send a golf cart for you. They have several pools and fire pits all around. We loved the staff. The bartender at the pool and Javier at the inside bar were great. They both made fantastic drinks. I’m looking forward to returning in April.

The Andaz was an incredible experience, a relaxing oasis with a welcoming and friendly staff. My only comment was that the resort was extremely quiet, which is not a bad thing at all, but some times around happy hour, you may want a little excitement. I'm sure it had a lot to do with the time of year during our visit, I would never hold this against the resort...and will run back to The Andaz the first opportuity we get. I HIGHLY recommend this resort, based on the friendly staff, unique property layout and beautiful pool/cabana layout. Enjoy!

The rooms are roughly hotel-size but they are bungalows (small houses). Our bungalow had it's own back patio for sitting. The property was beautiful and well-kept. The bar and pool were nice also. Location is convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

the manager Carlos messed up our reservation, we originally booked a suite, but upon arrival they said they couldn't accommodate us for some reason. I am currently a globalist with Hyatt and have stayed at multiple hyatt/ Andaz properties and have never had this happen. He was also not very apologetic and didn't accomadate us in anyway. Especially with a 1 year old. Do better.

Staff was phenomenal and the resort is very nice. Great location if your looking to see Scottsdale. Pool and spa were very nice. I would recommend this hotel if your looking to visit Scottsdale for business or vacation.
