Roc Arenas Doradas

This was our first time travelling as a family, we were told how fantastic the mini club was for kids and how great the entertainment was, well entertainment was sub par want us to wear a mask in lobby but made people On stage go out and kiss random people? Mini club was never open kids stayed with them maybe 2 hours and could never find them, took more time to figure out where they were than them actually being with the kids. The daily posted schedule is always wrong. They got my kids pumped for a dolphin excursion and then cancelled Last minute the morning of without notice because of an apparent lack of kids, Probably from lack of advertising since the dolphin excursion was posted for another day. also during cooler rainy days they still had them by the pool instead of at the clubhouse and playing at the playground. Food was tasty when available at the buffet . Snack bar by the pool is suppose to have burgers hot dogs ans fries available from 1130-6am all they EVER had was tuna sandwiches ?? the one time hubby got a burger it was undercooked and he ended up sick from it. Entertainment was never when it was scheduled we were told 930pm and it was always later sometimes almost an hour at which points kids were grumpy. Place is absolutely beautiful but they do not have the staff needed to run it properly. Long wait times for food is also an issue. So many issues to many to list would not recommend until they get there s**t together.

I was visiting my home away from home in November 2020, which I would like to add that they have followed all protocol with the health of all clients, rooms have clean and very welcoming and buffet and food was good but will have to say, the local that have no manners and but in front of you when they see you waiting in line for food but other than that, it’s been amazing. Animation team have been amazing with keeping us entertained and friendly and always there to keep the tourists going with excitement and joining in the activity... I would like to name a few of the animation team, Anolbis, barbon, Yuya, Noremis and last the DJ Alexi and Teddy that always keeps you dancing and enjoying the atmosphere ????????, I would certainly recommend this resort for the whole family

The best hotel the staff are amazing friendly people the rooms are bright and clean the entertainment is spectacular the choreography is amazing beautiful beach pool and pool bar the entertainment staff is my favorite one especially Lazaro ,Noremis and Yuya

My name is emilio i come to the hotel many times with my friends and family..we always have a grate time .the team at the hotel is amazing they take care of ue rally good ..the food is good we love the showes and the animation is vary fun to watch and they keep us happy vary happy ..im already thinking of coming back soon iv been hear 5 times and cant wait for the 6th ..the bar people and at the lobby are vary nice and welcomingall the time i never had any problem thank you for everything

It was a great stay, I want to highlight the attention of the workers in general and especially the beach staff who were very attentive, polite and helpful at all times. Also Santiago's work for the great feedback.
