Great vacation

It has been a lovely experience from start until finish. The resort is lovely and well kept. The staff are beyond wonderful! Lisette and Norleidys are second to none making you feel like family. Food is fine. Always something to eat! Beaches truly second to none. Don’t hesitate to pick this resort.

Excellent service and friendly and helpful staff. Prompt service with any small items and rooms were cleaned to my satisfaction.. the food was great and i will comebagain and highly recommend this resort. This is a greatbresort for adult only.

This place is beautiful. The people are awesome and the resort is gorgeous. The beach is beautiful, and this is an adult only resort, which is a bonus. I would recommend is hotel and I would return here again. They have been helpful in everything. A la Carter’s are awesome also.
Disappointing experience

We were very disappointed with the quality of food at the hotel. And the hygiene in the buffet restaurant was very low. Food was disgusting and didn’t look fresh but just topped up .

Oszviel, Danny, Marlon and Naomi were all amazing people. They really looked after us during our stay - we cannot recommend them all enough. They made our stay so enjoyable. My only complaint is that they’re too good at volleyball! ?? we look forward to visiting again ??????
