Good hotel, tarific water villas, nice pools and many different choises of food, but they didn't return your deposit, that is sad. I was at the decembar 2023. now is the end of april 2024. they didn't returned my 400$, so sad for hotel that "high" class.

Surprised by the really negative reviews. We found this to be a really nice hotel. The rooms were spacious, the balcony was large, beds comfortable the decoration was a bit bland no nice throws etc. but we were hardly in the room to notice. The air conditioning was good and easily adjustable. Hairdryer was very powerful and there was an iron and ironing board. There is a coffee machine which we didn’t use we asked for a kettle and one was promptly brought to our room. The beach is lovely with free watersports. There was plenty of sunbeds even late morning and beach towels are provided. The aqua aerobics was good fun. The grounds are kept lovely. The food was good and the speciality restraunts were nice too. Was a bit concerned when reading reviews that because we were not in the Diamond club that we wouldn’t be able to get reservations in the speciality restaurants but we had no problem at all - don’t think we would have really benefitted if we had paid the extra money for Diamond status. Bar services were all good not waiting too long even at pool bar. The beach service was good too. Entertainment varied but was better than most AI they really tried to offer a variety. A few negatives hence only giving 4 rating, lack of imagination for food at the beach every day it was the same jerk chicken or pork with rice If you wanted burgers etc you had to walk all the way back to the sports bar we have never experienced such poor food choice at the beach. Towards the end of our stay there was a lot of flys which really does need addressing I wouldn’t eat at the beach because the flys were just swarming all over the food and the tables The staff let the hotel down they were generally pretty miserable except for the girls serving on the beach. We had a lovely holiday and met some really nice people. If going with TUI don’t expect to see the rep even though there were not many TUI people there the rep never sought us out we only stumbled upon her by accident.
