This resort is not worth the high cost. We had a private villa with a plunge pool. Our room was nice and private. But after that it goes downhill. We had the electricity go out multiple times during one night and therefore were without AC. There was no support or explanation from the resort. The staff was less than friendly. They were not rude, but they acted like they were annoyed with having to serve us. The food was awful! We ate at every restaurant but one (the French one) and the food was cheap, poorly prepared and not even close to 5 star rated. This was by far the worst part, and one of the things we looked forward to the most in an all-inclusive resort. The butler service was a waste of money. To get the private villa we were forced to have it, something we didn’t want, but we had to include. The butlers were not timely, they did nothing that was extraordinary and we could have done everything they did with little effort. There was no pampering or anything like that. They were more in the way than a benefit. When I reached out to see our options with the impending weather the day before departure, they could have not been more interested in helping find possible solutions. All they wanted to do was wait until the time came to leave and see what the status was. That put us in the bind, when the delays did come and we had no options. The overall resort looked old and kinda run down. It was not high end accommodations. The beach was public and full of vendors and locals trying to sell us things and bother us. There were stands of junk all around and in constant view. There were wild cats all around the property. We expected a luxury honeymoon and would have hoped we would come back with everything being a 9/10 or 10/10. Maybe I would have been ok with this trip if it was 50-60% less expensive. I had hoped to give my wife the honeymoon of her dreams and spare no expense, but this was major and costly disappointment.

We just had a great 10 nights Staff were brilliant n friendly no issues Food was very good on the whole For us the beachside restaurant was the only let down The grounds are immaculate and the staff really do look after the gardens We stayed in room 207 which was fine for our needs the lighting could be bit better but thats being picky The view from balcony wasn’t the best but thats luck of the draw , it was closest to reception eleanors bayside the bar and stones throw from the stunning beach Beach is lovely sea warm and calm there’s a few sellers who try to sell shirts jewellery etc all are pleasant and accept a no thank you and move on Would we stay again yes
