Unit was old but nice and in need of upgrade. Unit was very clean, comfortable and fairly well stocked for 1 bedroom. Sink and stove counter had a lean away from the wall (age related). Safe failed when trying to close. Maintenance responded quickly, said safe needed to be replaced. Follow-up next day said it would be replaced that day. Never replaced up until the time we left. All restaurants on site are excellent, reasonably priced. Food is always good. Service in general is also always good. We love staying at Divi. Check-in was extremely slow!!!! Note that 2 buildings in our area of the resort are in the process of upgrades. Our building needs it in the rooms.

Our experience with this facility was nothing short of awesome. There was some construction / renovations occuring outside of our unit and the workers did start a tad early with their equipment. But understanding this is a temporary inconvenience, we were entirely pleased with our stay. When booking a place to stay in Aruba, the Divi Village Resort is the place to be. The property offers tons of amenities and the beach is a just a "hop" across the front road. Book your stay here folks.
