A perfect holiday

I have just returned from Waves having stayed for 12 nights. I stayed in a sea view room which was kept very clean and the views were stunning. The breakfasts, lunch and dinners were great with a lot of variety. All the restaurant and bar staff were very welcoming and work so hard to ensure you having all you need. The beach is great and the ambassador service was very good. I have visited a few hotels along the west coast and can say Waves came up trumps. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay and I hope to return some day.

I stayed at crystal cove which i loved but we were able to eat and use the facilities at waves a few times. This was great too. I was especially impressed with the staff at waves who were very friendly, polite and made us feel welcome even though we were not staying at waves.
Beware if you are staying September to December 2023 adult pool and spa closed! ! We have moved hotels!

Myself and my friend were booked to stay in October 2023 at this hotel. I want to warn people that from Sept 23 to the end of Dec 23 the hotel is undoing refurbishment and the adult pool and the spa are closed! Because of this I have moved our holiday to another hotel as we paid over £6000 to have an amazing experience and not to be inconvenienced by building work.
Best holiday ever

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! 10 days was not enough. We are a family of four with a 15 & 11 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to an oceanfront two storey apartment, downstairs we had a huge king size bed- the most comfortable ever, huge bathroom with shower, then upstairs we had the sofa bed, extra bed and a balcony with sofa. The views were amazing. Food was fantastic and we had something different every day, the main restaurant was a la cart as was the Asian restaurant across the road. We made our bookings for whichever restaurant we fancied earlier in the day. We ate lunch either in the main restaurant as a buffet or ordered a delicious freshly made sandwich or wrap from the coffee shop. Beach was lovely, sea was crystal clear, fish aplenty. We visited A couple of other hotels on the water taxi which again was good. Staff were friendly, learnt our names quickly, were brilliant with our children especially vegetarian daughter. All in all a perfect stay!
Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here in a junior suite, 2nd floor with Seaview balcony for 10 nights from 22nd July to 1st August and it was a fantastic stay! The seafront side of the hotel is very well kept and our room was immaculate. All of the staff were very friendly and chatty. The dinner food in both restaurants was amazing and the coffee shop also served excellent panini, wraps, club sandwich etc. The included beach water sports were brilliant and the water taxi to the other group hotels is an absolute must! If you go all the way to the Colony you can do a 10 minute walk back into Holetown too. Cocktails and drinks were great and basically of you want something, just ask! Highly recommended.
