Location, not bad, vibes very poor, we have travelled to many Caribbean countries all-inclusive. This Resort is listed as an all inclusive, but it’s not. Nothing to wart after 10pm. No room service, only buffet joint for all three meals. No Variety, staff is very poorly trained, the have no knowledge and or customer service- very dismissive. One of the two meals options sport DOSA food has no taste, we could eat our meals. Staff constantly rushing you to eat up. We ordered sparkling water and we’re told we have to pay - remember this is listed as an ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. Too many issue to list. Pools have no music but not allowed to play your own, we were directed to turn it off, other ppl complaining. No activities. This is the worst all inclusive resort we have stayed in 30 years. It’s a clean place. This is one place we will not be returning to and DON’T recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Waves Resort Barbados! ?????? After a very complicated flight and being awake all night, we were exhausted when we arrived, so we were especially happy and grateful when the resort upgraded our room. It was such a wonderful welcome! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Everyone was so nice, attentive, and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and peaceful, and if you’re looking for a place that feels more private and like a home away from home, this is definitely the place. The food was great, especially the breakfast! And a special thank you to Jennifer, who was such a sweetheart and always so pleasant and caring. ?? We had an amazing time at Waves Resort and would definitely love to come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! ??????

I suffered a serious case of Salmonella food poisoning while staying at Waves Hotel & Spa Barbados. The illness was bad enough, but the aftercare has been shocking. In 4 months I have had only a handful of inconsistent replies from the hotel, with long periods of silence despite numerous emails from me chasing a resolution. What is worse is the dishonesty - they have told Marriott that they have emailed me when they have not. I have no emails from them to show for it. To lie to their brand partner about contacting a guest who suffered food poisoning is disgusting. This hotel is part of the Marriott / Autograph Collection. For a Marriott-affiliated hotel to act this way, with such poor customer service and no accountability after a serious health incident, is unacceptable. 4 months and still no resolution. Think very carefully before booking here. If you get sick, don't expect any support or honesty afterwards.

Pretty nice hotel with a great beach for Barbados. Amazing friendly staff with very good service. While its an all inclusive hotel the food options are very limited while the food itself is great quality. Went during an off season not sure they can handle when they are at capacity. The views are a separate mention are our of this world.

Stayed for a week with family 7/20-7/27. Quiet location on the west coast, where the best beaches are. Hotel is small, cozy and clean. Never had an issue with beach chairs. Beach is amazing. Waterskiing is included, which was a huge plus. All your waterspouts are right there for you. It's great that you're allowed to use their other locations. There's a water taxi available for your connections. My man Pompidou ( boat- waterskiing etc), is the Best. Also the motorsports attendant on the beach. Always with the cool glasses on. He was amazing. forgot his name, but a big thank you to him for organizing and looking after my girls, on the beach. The entire staff was exceptional. Especially the one desk clerk, in the evenings, whom used my name every time. She was the only one to use my name. Can't remember hers. Thank you for making me feel special. The food was good. Would definitely return.
