The Banff Ptarmigan Inn is centrally located in Banff National Park only steps away from the downtown area. This mountain hotel is a great escape to the Canadian Rockies. On your vacation you can enjoy our mountain views, and numerous outdoor activities from hiking trails, canoe rides, and biking in the summer, skiing, skating, and snowshoeing in the winter. NICE HOTEL ON THE MAIN STREET IN BANFF, ALBERTA

The Ptarmigan Inn is located on the main street in Banff, Alberta. We had a nice room on an upper floor and there was free parking in the hotel underground garage. The hotel was close to many shops and restaurants. Also there was a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel called Meatball.
No parking - bad service

Says parking is included but didn’t have parking for us. Instead we had to park on the street for 5 dollars an hour. Costing us almost a quarter of our room fee. Don’t stay if you have a car. Front staff desk was rude. Dated rooms as well. I would suggest avoiding.
