We have the most amazing and rewarding experience at this property. The resort is fairly new and the lobby is breathtaking with an amazing view. The food at the buffet was well prepared and they had plenty of options all very tasty. The sit-down restaurants were great! The Steak place as well as the Mexican offered amazing ditches for our family. The coffee shop with Azulinda and Helen made our mid-morning snacks a great experience. The kids club was amazing and a lifesaver! The staff, Valerie, Paula, Ashley, Alejandra, and the rest of the young ladies were amazing with my daughters. They were very courteous and professional. The activities planned for the kids were excellent! We are super thankful to those ladies for going above and beyond with our daughters! The kids club rocks! Thank you ladies. Overall, this is a great resort and it does provide the experience expected from a Hilton property. Everything about this resort was truly amazing!
The Most Amazing Stay!

My sister and I stayed at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive for 4 nights and LOVED it! Really can’t say enough good things. The energy of the resort was super vibrant, the interior design of the lobby and rooms was extremely modern and clean, and the staff was very welcoming. We loved our balcony which overlooked the mangroves. The private beach and the infinity pools were beautiful, and the gym was massive! As mentioned, the staff was awesome - Special thanks to Dari in the lobby bar who immediately memorized our very difficult orders (Virgin Pina-colada without Dairy), Ana Erika at the front desk who always went out of her way to talk to us and make us feel welcome, Keila who took us on an awesome and fun bike ride through the mangroves, and Juan (sort of near the front of the hotel/Porter/Suitcase area) who always waved us in and out with a huge smile! Also shoutout to whoever played Deadpool on Monday night (September 11) because you’re a fantastic performer!!!
The food was fantastic, and a great mixture of authentic Mexican food as well as American/International options. Our favourite was Vela (the buffet), and we especially loved the Huitlacoche Quesadillas they made right in front of you. My sister and I both don’t drink alcohol, but we absolutely loved the wealth of different mocktails we had during our stay!
We also bought a tour to Chichen Itza at the third party tour desk they have in the lobby and LOVED it so much. That was a fantastic decision, we can highly recommend!
On one of the nights they had a ‘Sabor A Mexico’ celebration, with extra Mexican food, a Mexican market with third party Mexican vendors, Red/White/Green Decorations, a Mexican band, and beautiful Mexican performers who performed a dance set that emulated different regions of Mexico in their respective traditional Mexican costumes.
This was my sister and my first trip to Mexico, and our first trip with just the two of us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to return!! :)
