While there are some uplifts needed and in the works, this is definitely somewhere I’d stay again. The VIP area where we stayed was well cared for and for the most part, the service received was great. They especially took care of my gluten allergy and provided supervision for every meal.

We had a great experience from the moment we arrived. We had an extra person join our party, so they provided us with a larger room since no upgrades were available. The entertainment crew was so super friendly and really went out of the way to get to know you and ensure you enjoyed the trip. The beach was beautiful and great snorkeling right off the resort. The restaurant food was good, we avoided the buffet and the coffee shop was a great bonus! The entertainment crew at the explorers club were also wonderful and personalized the trip for us. Thank you Sunscape for a great holiday!
