Enjoyable resort with the potential to be much better

Beautiful beach and view. Nice sized resort, not overly big. Unfortunately this is not a 4 star resort. It has wonderful potential but requires updates and more staff to accommodate their guests. The main pool bar appeared to service 4 restaurants and those at the pool making it difficult for staff to give quick service. Staff were kind and did their best. Air conditioning in the rooms needs to be improved. Retrofitting the buffet restaurant with air conditioning the and staffing the grill and pasta bar regularly would help make this restaurant more enjoyable. Overall this Sunscape resort fell a bit short of expectations for a 4 star rating. After adjusting our expectations, we enjoyed our holiday here.
Worst all inclusive

This resort is the worst. It's equivalent to staying in motel 6. The building is old, no elevator. Shower door was broken and replace with curtain. The AC was broken, had to go ask for a fan. The food was subpar. The alcoholic drink wasn't well made. We left the resort and eat at other restaurants. Had to apologize to my wife for taking her here. It's a dump
