First and foremost we would like to thank Shanti Powery at the front desk for her awesome personality and great customer service.She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one we will never forget. ASLO worth mentioning is Rocky And Daniel the two shuttle drivers who drove us to various beaches along the corridors of seven mile beach. if you are unsure about staying at the Hampton by Hilton because there is a very small beach please reconsider. this small quaint hotel offers free breakfast,a free shuttle,and an awesome clean hotel room all within walking distance to great area restaurants.Came here with my best friend and as they say we will be back.Once again thank you grand cayman for one again making our vacation memories.

This was a great location and included all of what we needed for our base in Grand Cayman. Having a morning breakfast buffet was a nice convenience and the shuttle option to other places along 7 Mile Beach added a lot of flexibility. We took advantage of the pool, access to the beach (only 6 chairs and tides can be a factor so being able to shuttle to a public beach helps), and dining and drinks at Ms. Piper's onsite restaurant was a highlight. The room layout worked for us with a small kitchen area (sink, frig, microwave) and table with chairs, the bathroom was tiny and based on other reviews we took an over the door fold up hook for extra clothes and towels (and were glad we had this). The walk next door to the Marriott was an easy option for more restaurants and views.

We have had the most wonderful experience here. The concierges at the desk were INCREDIBLE! They helped our family with tons of suggestions and really saved us when one tour company had car issues on our last day. We ate at the restaurant, swam in the pool, and enjoyed their daily breakfast. The location was super convenient at the start of the strip because all the shuttle buses (e.g. turtle center) start at this hotel and you never need to worry about them being filled by the time they reach you. Our room had a kitchen area with fridge and microwave and was spacious. But again, the staff was super nice and helpful, and it really made it all fantastic!

A very friendly, clean and efficient hotel on 7 mile beach, that has a good breakfast included as standard. Poolside service means drinks and snacks when you want them. A short walk down to the beach to access the famous crystal clear and warm sea water. This is our second visit and came back because we enjoyed it so much the first time around. There is also a great restaurant on site which serves excellent food.

Great hotel! Very clean, great continental breakfast and shuttle service to places on SMB! A great benefit not provided by surrounding hotels! Great staff! Very courteous and Cayman KIND! Ms Pipers has great food and service. Visit Jenifer at the bar!
