Awesome Experience!

This was our first time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at the Hilton was an awesome experience. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out was superb. Jamie is the best! He checked us in on the first day and was super helpful and welcoming. When he was working in the evening, he would suggest the best restaurants and call to make reservations for us. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect and within walking distance to Camana Bay with shops and restaurants. Peppers is a popular spot across the street. There is not much of a beach area, so if you are looking to walk along the beach, I recommend taking the shuttle to Governor's beach. I will definitely stay here again. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is very good.

Excellent stay

Made to feel very welcome from all the staff. Room was well laid out and all that was needed. Liked the pool bar. At the start of 7 mile beach , so you need to walk along to be able to sit - you can go into the blue water but next to all the Marriot watersports.

Great location! Great value!

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton for 8 nights at the beginning of December. We had a great time, and the front desk staff was awesome. Velika, Shanti, Jaime, and the shuttle crew went above and beyond expectations to provide a great customer experience. Our room was clean. The breakfast every morning at the hotel was a great start to our day as well. I liked everything about our stay, but mostly I liked the people. Everyone was kind and helpful. I can’t wait to visit the Grand Cayman island again, and we would definitely stay there once more.

Outstanding experience - would stay here again!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Was in town for the Cayman Cookout and stayed here for 6 nights. Why I loved it: -Amazing Staff! Fanni and ALL the team - so helpful, friendly and always available. -Clean spacious rooms. great housekeeping. Well appointed. -Free shuttle service within 3 miles ( I believe) of the hotel. Taxis are VERY expensive and I know that we saved over $200. Remember to tip your driver. -Incredible restaurants: Ms. Pipers - out the side door. Was there every day. Great Happy Hour drinks and oh the food!!! There is a free breakfast at the Hampton but i ended up taking the shuttle to Camana Bay every day to go to Jessie's - seriously the best locally owned place for breakfast and coffees. -Convenient - this hotel is close to everything. They made a reservation for me at a hair salon for wash/blowout and i could walk there. What a treat staying here.

Fantastic Stay! 15 stars!

Ok so my wife and I just arrived at home from a four-day Grand Cayman getaway. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I’m also a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at Hilton hotels all over the world. I will have to say that this is by far the best we’ve ever been treated at ANY hotel ever! From Sarah who replied promptly to my messages even before we arrived, to Fannie, Evan and everyone at Ms. Pipers (restaurant/bar at the hotel), and every staff member we dealt with the aim to please was phenomenal! The hotel is clean, the pool area is great, and although the beach area is small it was a great place to go hang out and watch the sunset. Oh and Ms. Pipers is great too - nice outdoor and indoor seating with a bar right next to pool. The breakfast every morning at the hotel was a great start to our day as well. I did mention to Sarah before our arrival that it was our 25th wedding anniversary and the staff must have kept that in mind. From bringing us a late night dessert our first night there to checking on us throughout our stay, we just can’t say enough about the kindness of ALL the staff. This is a Hampton - not the Ritz-Carlton. So if you stay there and complain about not having this or that like the Ritz that’s on you. It is exactly what a Hampton Inn should be. You will not find a better bargain with the quality this hotel and staff have. I also tend to let the little stuff go when I stay somewhere because I spent 27 years in the Army so I’ve slept in locations around the world that tend to make you appreciate safe, quality lodging. But there was no “little stuff” to speak of! I could go on and on but to sum it up, we’ll be back at the Hampton again one day with several more in tow.
