Very roomy for family stay. Clean and comfort. Convenient location in Waikiki. Easy access to the beach with provided beach chair and umbrella.

No pool, no bar, no amenities, no restaurant, no breakfast, but plenty of rude staff.

No pool, no bar, no amenities, no restaurant, no breakfast. We were booked by our agent into a penthouse room, but they gave us a room 10 floors below and called it an 'upgrade'. It was dark, dingy and only had one round window. The staff were rude and indignant and when we left I got a charge on my credit card for $77, even though they said at check-out I had nothing to pay. Don't be fooled by the pictures. There are plenty of amenities close by, but I would choose a different hotel next time.
