We stayed for 5 nights as group 3 couples. We all checked in with same receptionist and 2 out of three couples were upgraded and we were given a box for a room for 5 nights. The TV doesn’t even have a place in the room it sits on top of a cupboard. The others got pool views and beautiful views we got a car park. No where to put suitcases and little room to move. It was an insult to us considering he upgraded the other two couples. Complained to management and he said hard to see who is on bookings when you check in. Seriously we all got served by same person who decided to insult one couple and upgrade the other 2. Oh he offered to give us back our resort fees and that was it. I worked out pool views were 330 per night and our box was 241 per night ROUGHLY Mmm so generous hey. NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN GREAT LOCATION Crap hotel.

This place is perfect. Due to the employees, location and the rooms, it was a truly beautiful experience. The employees are kind and helpful. The location was a quick walk to the beach and many other wonderful places to visit. The rooms were large, clean and very cozy. I loved it here.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay here! The pool was amazing… The hot continental breakfast… the splash bar was fantastic! Not a single dish they served was less than 10 out of 10! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room service was always on point. I will 100% return to this hotel and enjoy the food at the splash bar in the future.

Great location. Near the beach and shops and bars Staff are amazing Beds are so comfy and the rooms are cleaned daily It does get noisy at night and work seems to state at 5.30 but that’s but the hotels fault The hotel is great. Pool is lovely so is the food But I have to say the staff are a credit to the hotel

Great location and fantastic friendly staff. But the resort is so run down and tired, desperately needs updating and painting. Beds are very small and I comfortably low. Would look at other accommodations due to resort fee not worth the price, Be careful you don’t get over charged…
