Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Parking is bad… they don’t have enough parking for there guests it’s limited but they don’t tell you that until you get there & if there lot is full your out of luck & on your on to find outside parking what a huge inconvenience, stayed there for 2 nights, first night wasn’t able to park had to find parking somewhere else 2nd night I was able to park but you have to valet it & that was a huge mistake they scratch my car up and said they didn’t do it elite parking services is the company they use horrible service btw everything else was good (hotel) it would of been a great stay if it wasn’t for the parking situation.

The hotel is very clean and in a convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our room was lovely and spacious. The biggest drawback was the elevator - truly an issue at times. There are only 2 elevators servicing 20 floors and more than 150 rooms. There were times when we stood in line for close to 10 minutes. The staff offered to let folks climb the stairs, but when you're staying on the 19th floor that's not a great option. They are encouraging reduced capacity on the elevators because of Covid, but after a 10 minute wait folks just pile on in when given the chance. Just know this could be an issue and leave enough time in your schedule.
