Terrible hospitality and service. Bathroom doors don’t lock
amiep731 (Irvine, California) on May 23, 2026
Terrible customer service and treatment by Mark. He was rude and checked us in to a room that was under renovation per the maid. Then asked us to come back and treated us as if we did something wrong. For someone in the hospitality industry, this is quite disturbing. I asked questions about the hotel and he knew nothing and asked us to reference the hotel brochure. Also, the bathrooms have no locks… interesting. We still have two more days here and sadly i am dreading it
Wow Postcard Views

If you just want to stay in one place on your trip to Hawaii, highly recommend the Sheraton. Everything you need is here. Pool , beach, nearby shops. You can schedule tours to local areas. The views from any spot you pick to sit and just soak up the sun by pool or beach or just lounge in the lobby area are amazing. You will not be disappointed. The only hiccup was the electricity went off for a few hours in part of the area. Other then that I had an amazing time. ????
Pretty nice stay at the Sheraton

Fabulous resort with a few hiccups! First the Coral reef breakfast facility is under construction which should have been stated in the emails we were receiving before our trip! Also my wife and I were in room 2322 and had a water leak problem which was handled very well as they moved us to another room.Would I stay here again? Absolutely because the setting of this hotel is unmatched!
ARAMCO Retiree Golf Trip, Maui, HI, May 3-9, 2026

WOW, the ARAMCO Retiree Golf Group with 32 golfers along with spouses and partners traveled to the Sheraton Resort & Spa in Ka'anapali, Maui, Hawaii May 3-9, 2026. It was fabulous and a great location for our 4 golfing venues including Kapalua Plantation, Ka'anapali Royal and Kai, and Wailea Emerald golf courses for our 4-round tournament. The facility was fantastic with beautiful ocean view from the ocean front rooms. The restaurants were great along with the luau that was very entertaining. The views, both sunrise and sunset, are spectacular. The sandy beach was welcoming and great snorkeling in the area next to the black rock cliff to see turtles, spinner dolphins and other sea creatures. A big THANK YOU to Jennifer Tom, Sheraton Maui Senior Sales Executive, who made all our booking arrangements super easy with no issues. She was extremely responsive answering all our inquiries. Stacie Kapule, her assistant, happily handled all the changes along the way. Need to mention Monte, Darci and Angelica who serviced our group at the Cliff Dive restaurant and bar every night from the Sunday Icebreaker and happy hour every night ay 6 pm. Everybody loved the Hawaiian vibe and highly recommend the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Ka'anapali. Mahlo. Mike
Crazy resort fee
jenniferbA2400DA on May 11, 2026
The setting is beautiful and the location very nice but my complaint is with the resort fee. This already has a high price daily rate so to charge an additional $58 a day for essentially having a pool is obscene. It is a smaller fitness center (especially for the size of this property) that needs some updates. They charge an additional $80 plus per day if you want cushioned chairs by the pool or any chairs at all on the beach. During the middle of the day it was tough to find chairs at the pool that hadn't been already claimed by other guests.
