We visited this hotel in April which was arranged by our travel agent. Our arrival was chaotic, the reception area was heaving. When we finally got up to our room we were disappointed to say the least. We had booked a double room so as a couple you’d expect a double bed however, we were met with two single beds which were on opposite ends of the room. When we queried this we were told that this is their version of a double bed and that if we wanted to upgrade we would have to come back the next day and pay more on top of what was already an extremely high price. The room didn’t feel clean at all, our window backed onto the taxi rank which was extremely noisy in the night from people coming back from parties etc. The taxi rank actually flooded whilst we were there which resulted in wet feet whilst we were on our way for a day out! Our room also backed onto the lifts which were banging constantly. The tv and fridge didn’t work either. Wouldn’t recommend.

The reception is rude. One of a reception is ignoring my questions and not trying to help. They maxed up my information with another client’s information. It took me more than half hour to check. The AC in the room is annoying and old. Will not go back.
