Loved the Room in Mandalay Bay, the 2 bedroom suite with views of the Pool area and the Allegiant Stadium was the highlight of our stay. The pool was set at the perfect temperature for the winter. Kids loved every bit of the stay, money well spent.
Chlorine water in showers and water tanks

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They use chlorine water in showers and freaking tanks with drinking water. I'm allergic to chlorine so for me the stay was absolutely horrible. This is a minor issue compared to above but of course the check-in experience was awful. The room was not ready on time even so I had to go 2 times to the counters on top of check in on mobile. Also the staff was not friendly at all.
