Over-priced stay for a room over a smokey casino with sub-par service

If you're late for any reason, even those due to airline delays, and you don't call in, you may lose your deposit and basically pay for time you didn't spend with them. Also, their complex is so big, it's almost just more convenient to drive over to the conference center rather than walk through their labyrinthian casino floor. Lastly, don't expect to put anything in the fridge. It's dedicated to their mini-bar that's weight sensitive and they'll charge you for anything even moved inside.

We just came back from vegas. The pallazo was great. Rooms were big, we had view if the sphere. Beds are comfortable. Lots of food options. The pools was also nice.
