This is regarding the timeshare presentation I attended at Westgate Resort in Las Vegas. Based on my experience, I would not recommend attending a timeshare presentation at this location. I have attended a timeshare presentation in the past, so I understood that there would be some pressure to purchase. However, this experience was very different. I felt extremely uncomfortable, pressured, and harassed by one of the managers involved in the presentation. I also felt that I was kept there much longer than I had originally anticipated. I understand that the purpose of these presentations is to make a sale, but there should still be respect for a guest’s boundaries and comfort level. Unfortunately, the way I was treated left me feeling triggered and very uncomfortable. The experience was disappointing enough that it has negatively affected my overall impression of Westgate and may influence whether I choose to stay at a Westgate property in the future. What should have been a presentation and an opportunity to learn about the timeshare program instead became an experience that made me feel pressured and disrespected.

Service is good.sorroundings are clean.

Kelly Lincoln was an amazing pool-side server. She was super friendly, quick, helpful and funny. Our group of 7 celebrating a friend’s 50th had a fantastic time!
