Jimmy is the best doorman ever!

Jimmy is the sweetest doorman ever ! We met him today and he helped show us the Elvis memorabilia and was also so helpful with a lady who was struggling to find her way and he helped her to find a taxi and stayed with her. He was such a lovely man, God bless and thank you for making us feel so welcome

We have stayed at Westgate a few times. We keep coming back because of the quality of the stay. The hotel and casino are maintained to perfection. The staff is amazing. We will be back later this year to se Barry Manilow. He cancelled while we were there due to health concerns. Looking forward to coming back.

Rosa found my daughter’s phone who happens to be MRS. MT American. Who is also in a wheelchair. When I called it she answered right away and was so sweet and kind! Plus we swapped out towels with her and she was such a blessing and so kind.
