Great Customer Service from Juana

Visiting Westgate for the Soul Of Motown show with a party of nine. The drinks are a little overpriced. The show was good , however, the service was top notch from Juana. Love Westgate as it’s a no smoking facility. The casino is very clean. Will definitely be back.

Excellent show, brought my girlfriend to the show for her birthday and she loved it. An amazing show. First time being at the Westgate Resort Las Vegas. Definitely a great place visit for great entertainment. I love Motown and the music brings back memories.

Thanks to Grace Raffone for her help, she was so kind and courteous. Thank you for your patience Grace. Things were hectic and there was an over 45 minute wait to check in. She resolved my problem and I also so her helping many others during the VERY long wait.

My visit was great! The people were all very nice and friendly. The place is very well cleaned and maintained. The security was also very helpful when I needed directions to a certain place. I would definitely come back again to the Westgate Casino.

The Magic Of Jen Kramer was just amazing !!! She is so fantastic. Such a fun show for everyone !!! It’s a must see. Just a great gal all about. A girl who can do magic is amazing !!! I am so happy we came to this show. What a Gem. We love you Jen. You’re all around wonderful
