The hotel is decent enough. The bathroom is pretty small. It is good because it has a monorail station and the Vegas loop station, so it’s very handy transportation-wise. But my main reason for the lower score is pretty much every staff person I’ve encountered is rude, and housekeeping is sporadic. We were out of toilet paper for an entire day, which I guess was ok since the toilet stopped flushing.

On 6/26/2026 at approximately 12:15 a.m., my husband was playing at the poker table and was dealt four of a kind, which qualified him for a spin on the Big Wheel bonus. The wheel landed on 50% of the Ultra Jackpot, which should have been approximately 16,000 based on the displayed jackpot amount. However, the shift manager only paid him 300, stating that the system showed he had won $300, despite the wheel clearly displaying the jackpot prize. Everyone at the table witnessed what happened and was shocked by the outcome. The shift manager said she contacted someone regarding the machine, but we were still told the system overrode what was shown on the wheel. We believe this payout should be thoroughly investigated. We have filed a complaint with the gaming authorities and are requesting that the surveillance footage and machine records from that time be reviewed. We hope this issue is resolved fairly and that no one else experiences the same situation. We were on a family trip with owners and was thinking about becoming owners as well. This experience has completely changed our minds about being owners. We tried connecting Lenny Pinto who I was told was part of the management team by the shift manager and he has yet to respond to us my phone or emails.

José Romero. what a great greeter. Jose was very informative about the nightlife and places to go and eat. Very friendly and stylish. Funny guy as well. This is a huge hotel. They are doing some upgrading! The accommodations, so so I have a timeshare here they put us in the handicap accessibility room. It was extremely dirty and very hot. We complained they did move us to a better room. unfortunately, our neighbors next-door were extremely loud and kept us up till 3 in the morning. We called the front desk. They sent security up. To no avail, it continued.????

Our stay was outstanding! This is our 4th time staying here at westgate and this time was wonderful. The lanai sweet was amazing. My kids loved having the pool just steps away from our back patio from our suite.. the housekeeping staff were unforgettable, especially maria tello. Next year we are definitely booking the lanai suite again!

Visited because going to see Hindley Street Country Club. Our usher Jennifer Compitello was awesome.
