We were helped by Mohammed in the EVS department. Very pleasant gentleman helped us in finding the Fed Ex shipping store. He was so kind, he didn’t just tell us where to go. He stopped what he was doing to walk us there ensuring we didn’t get lost. His dedication to customer service made our trip much easier and enjoyable.

The Vast walks of life! The WestGate has conventioneers, regulars and locals all gambling,eating and partying together! We always,always have a blast here. Be sure to hit the bars… ya’ll will meet some employees that have been working here for years.

My wife and I have been coming to the Westgate Resort and Casino twice a month for nearly 4 years. During that time, I have become a Diamond Player. My casino host, David Rosenwinkle always takes care of us ranging from special events invites, Westgate's VIP Stadium Suite events (i.e. - Copa America), outstanding food and drink comps, suite upgrades, VIP Slot Tournaments, Blackjack Tournaments, free 18 rounds of golf, and more. From the valet, dealers, pit bosses, supervisors, managers, cage, food and drink servers, everyone that works there treat us with courtesy and respect. I feel as though we are part of their family. They have plenty of options when it comes to gaming. They have many table games including blackjack, poker, craps, and roulette. They also have all of the new slot machines that most always pay out. I always enjoy staying at Westgate. Thank you

A nice dinner, fun rewards, and pleasant staff. The welcoming at the tournament was amazing. The live band helped make the evening...thanks westgate!!! It was a night to remember for all. Enjoyed so much! Westgate always makes me feel welcomed.

Robert Raymond is the best security person at Westgate. He is very sweet to us fanilows a Westgate and greets us with a hug every time we visit. We are always very happy to see him and adds to our joy of seeing Barry Manilow at International Theater at Westgate.
