Super amazing and I will be coming back with our family.

I had a great time in the Westgate lounge and was treated very great by Aida and Alondra. They attended us very well and informed us of the hours and items served. We stayed in the lounge for an hour enjoying our time while they were given us recommendations throughout vegas.

We had a great experience during happy hour. Alondra and Aida were so nice and helpful. Food was good and the beer was great. Going back tomorrow

DONT EVER RESERVE A ROOM AT WESTGATE IN LAS VEGAS

i made a reservation for a timeshare tour. I paid $123 for a 3 day stay at their property. Their paperwork stated that I had 14 days to cancel. On the 5th day I decided I wanted to cancel. I tried to call and cancel. I was told I had to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back to cancel. The person on the phone kept asking me if I wanted to reschedule. I kept saying NO. I waited the 48 hours and I finally received a phone CALL on the 48th hour at 5:30pm Florida time. I missed the call and then called right back. I was told that the ppl that cancel reservations were gone for the day. They work until 5. I explained to the person that it was after 5 when the person called. She left me a message at 4:30 CTS my time. I called back at 4:32. My next question was why did I get a called after 5 if they were supposedly close. So, the next day I call the number left on my voicemail. This woman tells me that i have the wrong department and that I need to contact the cancel resolutions dept. At this point, I am extremely irritated. I felt like I was getting the run around. i kept demanding my refund. This lady kept putting me on long holds. Keep in mind, she kept saying she was unable to cancel my reservation and refund me. After I was shouting some obscenities, she said she could cancel and refund. I asked for a confirmation email stating it was canceled. I was told she couldn't provide it. D0NT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RESORT. THEY WILL MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH LOTS OF HOOPS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. they try to waste your time so the 14 days will expire. THIS WAS THE WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! On 12/20 I checked my cc statement. I was refunded.

Great Dealers @ Westgate

I had a fantastic time playing Ultimate Texas Hold’em. Barry, the dealer, taught me how to play and was incredibly patient throughout. Toby, who rotated in and out with him, had immaculate vibes and picked up the teaching seamlessly right where Barry left off. Both made the experience outstanding.
