Horrible customer service

Tried to make a reservation but noticed that the dates had changed when I received the email confirmation. I immediately tried calling customer service where I was transferred three times and ended up with the original person who said she couldn’t help me. Was told that there was nothing they could do, and I would be charged for the dates that were on their confirmation.

It was a great experience and a wonderful and beautiful resort. The food was amazing and the pools and drinks were great too.
