Incredible Valet Team

The service here was fantastic. We were especially impressed with the valet team. Over the course of two days we had multiple problems with our rental car. Christian and the valet Manager were so kind and incredibly helpful. They even went and had the car fob battery replaced while we were at a work event. An incredible team. If we are back in Santa Monica we will definitely stay here again.

Marriott was a great hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The valet service was excellent. America was so helpful and fast. There is also a great cafe on the 1st floor. The WiFi service is also reliable. The rooms are comfortable and the overall service was great.
