Hotel good, streets not

Room was very spacious and beds comfortable. Nice small swimming pool. One of the homeless gents had got into the hotel and swimming pool and became aggressive with staff member when asked to leave. The hotel has a number of security measures to stop non residents getting in. There are a number of homeless, people under the influence of drugs and mentally ill outside the hotel and train station opposite. Staff are really helpful , it’s a shame about the social situation

Good location! The room is very clean and quiet. I really like the swimming pool and fitness center. It’s close to Santa Monica pier and restaurants. Americas is very nice to me and provides the best service for valet parking. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends.
