This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were incredible, we felt so welcome. I would happily move in & live there happily ever after lol All the personal touches added, greeted happily by staff, the hot cider on entrance, hand written note & gift in our room, the food, the cocktails, the location (easy walk to Disney & linked to a complex with more restaurants) all perfect thank you, what a great team you have running your hotel
Spectacular stay. Will for sure be back.

Monica, at the front desk, made this the most epic amazing trip imaginable! That’s not to say the rest of the staff was any less a great, but Monica moved mountains to make this one extra special. A stay at a JW is always wonderful, and this Anaheim location is a step above. Service was impeccable in every way. Every staff member was kind and eager to create a wonderful experience. We loved the resort inclusions like the wine tasting and yoga. The suite was off-the-charts excellent. Lobby bar had killer drinks and was a great place to meet other guests. My lingering wish at so many Marriott properties… I wish I could get a coke instead of a Pepsi ??. BUT, that’s a tiny gripe in the grand scheme of awesomeness at the JW.
