Absolutely Amazing Entertainment Staff Our trip to Sandals Negril was absolutely amazing, and while the resort itself was incredible, Kenny, David, Leon, and DeAndre (Pancho) are what truly took our vacation to the next level. From the moment we met them, they made us feel like we were at home. Their energy, personalities, and genuine effort to make sure everyone was having a great time made such a difference. They weren’t just entertainment staff — they became people we genuinely looked forward to seeing every day. Normally, after a long vacation, I’m ready to get home and sleep in my own bed. This time was completely different. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. That says a lot about the experience they helped create. The resort was beautiful, the food was great, and the overall experience was fantastic, but Kenny, David, Leon, and Pancho made our trip unforgettable. They made us laugh, made us feel welcome, and made Sandals Negril feel like home. If Sandals has more people like these four, they have something truly special. We will absolutely never forget them, and they are a huge reason we’re already looking forward to coming back. ?????? This was our second stay at Sandals Negril, and it reminded us exactly why we wanted to come back. We were there celebrating our anniversary, and it didn’t take long after arriving before we were in that “Mi deh yah” mindset: relaxed, grateful, and glad to be back. The resort still has that warm, welcoming feel that makes Negril special. The beach and sunsets are hard to beat, but the people are what really made the trip memorable. Othneil at Watersports was one of those team members who makes you feel like you’re more than just another guest. He was a blast to be around, easygoing, and made getting out on the Hobie Cats and SUPs feel less like an activity and more like part of the party. Trevylon made the Perla Grill one of our favorite stops. She was an excellent mixologist, fun to talk to, and made each visit even more enjoyable. Selena took great care of us during our cabana day. She was available when needed, never intrusive, and let us simply relax and enjoy the day. Since this was an anniversary trip, those small moments mattered. Sandals Negril delivered again, not because everything was over-the-top, but because the staff made it feel personal.

King james, ashilann ,Briana from the entertainment team they did a phenomenal job and we love there show omg I’m so happy when I came and saw king James is here he makes my vacation more exciting when I see him he makes me and my wife feel like family we love him .

Have stayed with sandals for 5 straight years booked on-site for the following year. Every single time go with another couple, stay the same days. They made a mistake on our check-in checkout date Vs the other couple and our flights. And now telling us they can't help us unless we pay $2000 more, they do not care about loyalty. Stick with Hilton, secrets, Anyone else? Unless you spend $300000 with this company, they will scr ew you!!! Pretty much told too bad!! Also our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip!!! Terrible customer service!! We were moved to three different rooms. Our first 3 days last year in south coast. Due to a leaking AC then the wrong room code. And then finally, the correct one screw this company.

We met the wonderful Entertainment team they are truly talented Briana, Shanise , Izzy, Kenny, Leon, Rashida, Ashli, King James, Ruth, Pancho, David. The shows at night are amazing and the activities on the pool deck are really fun. Definitely coming back for them.
