Resort was awesome! Kevon convinced us into aqua aerobics and it was fantastic! I did it with a drink in my hand and still got a great workout!

Amazing time here at sandals negril we are coming back next year. Absolutely love the staff especially odane and the beautiful lady skyye they were lovely

We can't say enough positive about the Sandals Negril leadership team and employees for the way they handled our stay during hurricane Melissa. The leadership team's preparedness and execution of a safe plan was impressive to say the very least. The employees that stayed on site from prior to lockdown thru our departure worked extremely long days, always with a smile and concern for guests - this in spite of often being unable to determine safety of their own families! Employees put efforts into anything that needed to be done, not limiting themselves to just their "department". Entertainment continued as nearly a week passed until the airport began to take limited flights! (Sandals chartered a 777 into Montego Bay the first day it was open to move as many people off the island as they could.) The culinary staff did an outstanding job creating dining options with limited supplies. The resort ran on back-up generator power for the duration with very few outages. Communication was limited to Wi-Fi in the lobby but was generally available. We have been long term Sandals customers. The way we were treated during very trying circumstances has only elevated our loyalty. We sincerely hope that Sandals provides the level of care/support to their employees that they provided to us.

The Sandals resort n Negril was really nice.. The beachfront rooms were lovely with a great view of the sunset. The resort was a nice size and everything within walking distance. The plants and flowers were beautiful. The garden tour was very informative.There was a good variety of restaurants with interseting food options. The entertainment was fun and varied each night. The art and jewellery making classes were fun.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Premium drinks were available but you had to ask for it unless they got to know you and your drink preference.Thankfully we got to stay at this beautiful resort just before the hurricane. Hoping that all the staff were safe.

My first trip here was in 1995 and have been there 5 more times since. Every trip was great, EXCEPT our last trip. We went with 4 other couples and we all collectively agreed that the quality has gone way down hill since management apparently changed in 2024. Room service was sporadic (came every 2 or 3 days apart). Getting any restock of bar items or toiletry items was like pulling teeth. We had to make numerous requests to get anything at all and it typically took a whole day or so. They were doing construction on some of the upper rooms and they were dropping (and leaving) tons of nails all over the grass in front of our room all week long. There was a constant influx of large (smelly and loud) trucks driving onto the beach all around the people in their beach chairs. It was a daily activity and it was obnoxious. Any complaints to a manager for these issues fell completely on deaf ears. The air conditioner in my sisters room was broken the entire week, despite them coming out to "fix" it TWICE. This was not the same resort we had previously experienced prior to this last trip. It was very disappointing. This resort needs a major overall in service and could really take a lesson from the Secrets resorts about quality.
