The service and kindness of the staff.

We were in Negril 2 weeks ago for a 12 day stay. We had a great time despite a few rain days. Surprisingly the resort did not show much in storm damage from the hurricane Melissa. It was our first time back since the changes at the beach bar had been made. Leroy retired and a lovely woman has replaced him. Trevalyn is fabulous. She put a smile on our faces each day. Karlene the floor manager was also fantastic. She seemed tonbe everywhere making sure things ran smoothly. Melissa a floatong bartender was also kind and helpful. We thought the entire staff was kind and sincerely wanted tonmake our stay pleasurable. We rebooked for 2028. Can't wait to go back home.

Wonderful resort in a beautiful location. I was expecting to love the area and the beach but the best part of the trip was the people. All of the staff, from managers, to bellhops, housekeepers, waitstaff, entertainers and bartenders. All of them make you feel like the most valued guest. They welcome you like family and treat you like friends. Odane is a choreographer there and he so enthusiastic and so friendly that you just want to be a part of the show. Everyone from Daniel greeting and welcoming us to the managers that stopped in to say hi. Ramario and Willis at the Piano bar, Fabian restocking our fridge. The wait staff at all the restaurants, especially Barefoot on the Beach. The guys with the water sports and sailboats were awesome as well. The ladies in the gift shop were so friendly and funny. The housekeeper was professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our room each day. The photographer, Willbe (spelling?), did a great job on our photo shoot. He was hilarious and put us at ease. But he cost us money. We had no choice but to purchase so many of the wonderful pictures he took. Honestly, everyone we interacted with in any capacity made our stay better. I know I'm forgetting people and I feel bad. If we are ever able to make it back, I'm bringing a notebook to write down everyone's name. They all deserve recognition for outstanding service! Such an amazing staff. What a wonderful group of people. It was an unbelievable experience. We felt welcomed and truly valued. The resort itself was classy and romantic. It was a first class experience. The food was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. We always found help quickly with any questions. There are tons of activities during the day and entertainment at night. You can join the party or take a romantic walk along the beach. The only things we experienced that were issues were weather related cancellations of trip add ons, but such is life. No one can control the weather. I have and will continue to highly recommend Sandals Negril to everyone I know.

King James is very friendly and he has some great moves when it comes on to the night time show and the day time pop .king James also exhibits the true Jamaica spirit and he has the best smile .we can’t wait to see him next year .

If you are looking for the best table service you’ll want to check Barefoot for breakfast and dinner service. We had the best experiences ever with this dedicated crew. A special shoutout to Asha-Lee and Shaday along with their manager Tristan. After day one we were greeted by name and they had our table set with coffee and juice automatically. Some fun bantering and lots of smiles each and every day. They truly started our days off on the right foot. Don’t get me wrong, everyone we came into contact with on the resort was lovely, these women stood out the most.
