Great stay! Very safe. Best restaurant was Sundowners but they all were good! Chris at piano bar and our butlers Damian and Shenice were amazing! Great service and very attentive! All staff were very friendly and service was perfect! Beach is lovely! Would go back again!
Very enjoyable and would go there again.

This was an awesome vacation. We had a club level concierge room. Our concierge Carl was the best. He went out of his way to find lounge chairs for us in locations that we requested and provided drinks and lunch. The room was clean and ocean view was great and very relaxing. The restaurants all had great food and we liked the smaller portions. We will want to travel there again.
Winter Get-A-Way Review

We stayed at Sandals Negril from January 28- Feb 3for our annual winter getaway. You expect beautiful grounds, good food and great beaches. Negril has all that. What made it special was the staff. In particular, a huge shout out to Carl with the Club Level Conscierge office. He escorted us to our room and I asked him his advice on getting beach chairs and chairs by the pool since I heard it was difficult to do so unless you had butler service (which we did not). Every day he worked, Carl went way out of way to find us in the morning, show us to chairs he had reserved to us and even brought us lunch a couple of times. Totally out of the scope of his duties and in addition to his usual assignments. We were blown away. Where do you find such service and consideration? Another shout out to Romain the trainer in the fitness center. I went to beachfront stretching session one morning . Because I enjoyed it and others joined, he held sessions the rest of the mornings I was there even though the classes were not on the schedule. And I should also mention Orlando who served us when we rented a cabana for a day. We had a very nice visit. A couple of note: The bay on the Negril side of the island is often windy and there were few 'green flag' days. The swimming areas are shallow and the water is not crystal clear but muddy. Just a heads up. I did particularly enjoy eating dinner during a beautiful sunset with my sand in the feet. We enjoyed out stay and will certainly try Sandals again. .
Home for the holidays

My wife and I stayed five weeks (yes 5 weeks) at Sandals Negril enjoying Christmas and New Years and most of January at our home away from home. I was fortunate to spend some time with the new GM Mathew as he had just arrived and was familiarizing himself with the property. I enjoyed our conversations and his view of the future changes to the resort. I snorkeled most days weather permitting and took lots of pictures or the coral and fish. Emile and Leo with Big Papa make this a lot of fun. The new complex should be a great addition. Crema was my wife's favourite for coffee, for me some ice cream at 2 pm as a treat. The restaurants are good with a varied selection of food items. The new Perla was nice but I do miss Cucina Romana, perhaps a return in the new central complex to come. Kimonos is a fun time meeting new guests but does need a freshing up. Bayside, the all meals are fine, do a bit of mix and match each day to change things up a bit. Perla and Bayside are great places to have dinner and watch the sun sets. We didn't us the main pool nor participate in activities but by appearances those that do were having a great time. All staff members we encountered were fantastic. Always smiling and always an acknowledgement and inquiry of how we were doing and how we were enjoying our time. Special people were Mathew, Pamella, Selena, Kendra, Daynia, Jason, Mary Jane, Tracy, Boston, and 50 more we talked to on a regular basis. All wonderful, fantastic people. A very special shout out to Fitzroy in maintenance who went beyond his normal duties to help me with a critical issue with my camera equipment and refused a tip. We stay in the Paradise building, ground floor facing the sea and are just steps away from the lounge chairs, beach and the water. The building needs a significant freshing-up which I understand is on the agenda. As a nonsmoker it was my biggest issue as so many people were smoking throughout the property with no controls on them. To walk out on our deck and be hit with the smoke of the next unit prompted a quick retreat into the room. We enjoy Sandals Negril and have booked the next two years forward. We have been coming here for 10 years in a row, staying 3-4 generally over the holidays because we feel so comfortable with the staff and the property and safe. We set up ornaments on our doors and palapa for Christmas and New Years. We look forward to returning guests we have met over the years. Our true home away from home
Average experience - amazing beach

We just returned from Sandals Negril. Our first time stay at Sandals and to be honest we expected more from a 5 star hotel. Unless you book the most expensive room, you will get a horrible room, with no hot water, no water at all one morning, sewage smell, mould. We complained twice about the water but they only said they will try to fix it. We didn’t pay for no water or not hot water and this shouldn’t be happening in a 5 star hotel. We didn’t even have an option to be relocated to another room. The room - Paradise premium was really like a 3 star hotel room. The best was the gym, beach and people who are working so hard. Food option for breakfast, lunch at Bayside restaurant could be better. Compared to the other hotels we stayed in - Royalton, Riu, the food option was not great but the best restaurant was Brava.
