Kevon is a wonderful instructor. He is super fit, patient and able to adapt training to your needs and fitness level. I also really liked the water aerobics. He would make a fortune in the US. Definitely worth going to the resort gym. ??

Just got back from our April trip. We were originally booked for Montego Bay but had to move to Negril because of the closer. We flew in on Friday and stayed at the Boardwalk Village. (Was a very nice place) On Saturday we walked over to Sandals at 7:30am to check in. We ate breakfast then met our butler Ian around 8:15. He set us up with chairs on the beach and gave us a phone. Room was ready about 1:30. Loved the room Palm Grove Honeymoon One Bedroom Butler Suite w/ Private Pool Sanctuary (RJ). Only downside was getting into the bed as we are both about 5 feet tall. Met our second butler O’Dane the next day. Negril was good but missed Montego Bay and looking forward to going back next April. Just hope there are not too many changes. Glad we tried Negril but did not like the food options as we both do not like fish or seafood. Both our butlers did an excellent job to make this vacation something to remember. All the staff made us feel welcome and special. I was even able to get lamb chops for my anniversary dinner. We will someday go back to Negril but our next two years are booked for South Coast ( December ) and Montego Bay ( April ).

Stayed in room 5119, next to a service corridor and work room. Heard staff working late into the night. Also, there was a constant sound of a chirping alarm sound all day & night.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sandals Negril where we have been regular visitors for twenty three years. The Jamaican people are naturally friendly and welcoming, they interact so well with the guests. Our wonderful butlers Myron and Floyd have been looking after us for many years they now treat us like old friends. Other butlers Theda, Ian and Christopher always come and talk to us. Chris at the piano bar also looks out for us and has been serving us beer and champagne for decades. The beach at Negril has diminished over time but is still lovely. The staff at all the restaurants are very welcoming. May I politely suggest that the staff at dinner in Sundowner restaurant should check on guests during the meal and when clearing away full plates of food to ask the reason why. We had to miss most of the events during Reunion week due to a recent serious medical condition, there is always next year Unfortunately we did not meet the GM or hotel manager on this visit, at some resorts the managers are high profile so you meet them around the resort during your stay. We are at Sandals Ambassador level so we have been to all the resorts many times. Sandals Negril has always been a favourite.

This was a great family vacation. The entertainment team made it very fun every single day. They are all great people who make everyone feel included. Our trip would not have been as special without them. We are all sad to be leaving them.
