While a compact room, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Perhaps a small fridge would have been useful, great to have access to ice machine and cold water. Great views and the block out curtains were amazing. Friendly staff and porters added to the positive happy vibe.
Excellent hotel, wonderful staff!

We have just finished a 5 night stay at this hotel and have nothing but good things to say. We booked two separate twin rooms, dad and son in one room and two female family members in another, due to us all wanting to do different things in New York. The rooms were great although there was a issue with one which was changed at reception with no fuss. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on Time Square. There was a grab and go breakfast with warm breakfast rolls/ coffee/ tea/ yoghurt. There was also free wine tasting on some days. My wife and her friend also visited the Jazz bar on a couple of occasions which they enjoyed. There is a 'stand out' in respect of this hotel though and that is the staff in the reception and lobby area. The experienced man on reception who deals with everything in such a calm and professional manner, you can't buy experience like that. He lent me and my son a umbrella after we had checked out on our last day and had time to kill, customer service that makes you want to return. The concierge fellas who handled our luggage and stored it for us on our last day, they also gave us directions to the Intrepid museum and helped my wife and her friend with directions after me and my son had moved on elsewhere for a couple of days. So good, experienced and professional staff who can be relied upon. I know a lot of females travel to New York for City breaks together, i can recommend this Hotel, you will be treated correctly. So to conclude, as a family we all enjoyed staying at the Eddison, great location and fantastic staff.
