Great job Lana

Kenny A on Nov 02, 2024

I just wanted to write a review on my experience with Lana at the front desk. My family and I stay here often as we go to disneyland A lot!! Lana is always super friendly and quick to check us in and get our room. Lana greet's us with a smile and always says welcome back. Being recognized really makes you feel special and comfortable. The Delta is clean and beds are comfortable, but Lana's hospitality is really the cherry on top of the cake! I definitely would reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a short drive to disneyland toy story parking lot.

Really just a Motel 6

Mariah M (Orange, California) on Oct 25, 2024

This place is like the Motel 6 of Marriott. The staff is less than friendly, do not smile, and act as if they don’t want you here. The only exception being the young man working the omelet and waffle station on 10/25. Even being a Titanium member was a joke. You can’t access the skimpy “pantry” if you choose breakfast for your “reward” ( I use that term sarcastically here). They want to charge for parking in an uncovered, unsecured, unmanned lot. It is truly a disgrace to the Marriott brand.

Disgusting carpets and unsanitary rooms...

986shanir on Oct 23, 2024

I was a faithful Delta Marriott Garden Grove person for many years despite having concerns with the cleanliness of the room because of the location and the price . This last stay will be my last . When we entered our room , the floors were so disgusting , I had to place towels on the floor to keep from stepping on the dirty carpet . I've experienced this before but not to this magnitude . I was able to find other hotels right next door and will be staying there from now on. Delta looks like a beautiful hotel until you go into the hotel room .

Stay away!!!!!!

Sightsee58017372853 on Oct 19, 2024

Simply horrible. I had planned a 10-day trip but here I am, on day 4, leaving. I am disabled so I shipped 10 days worth of luggage for my son and myself, rather than worry about navigating baggage claim at the airport. I wanted to travel as light as possible. They didn’t have my box. UPS tracking has the name of the young woman at the front desk who signed for it and the exact moment of delivery. And yet…. It’s gone. For compensation they offered to comp one night and 2 future nights. Well 1) I’ll never stay here again, so the future nights mean nothing. And 2 …. You really think 10 days of 2 people’s luggage (including sentimental value) plus the time expense of having to buy new essentials on our vacation is worth $130? Really? No you don’t. It barely covers the cost of shipping. Thieves.

Horrible Hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE

aaronr990 on Oct 14, 2024

As many other reviews have noted, do not stay here. The carpet in the rooms is extremely dirty and looks as if it has never been cleaned. It is definitely in need of a full renovation as the pics make it look nicer than it truly is. The hotel charges $29 a night for parking that is shared with 2 other hotels. It is not gated or secured and not nearly enough spaces. After spending all day in the Disney parks, it took us sometimes 20 minutes to find a space. And if you are lucky to find a space, the spots are extremely far away. One of the nights, the hotel's convention center had a huge event. This event took up the entire guest parking lot. We along with about 12 other cars had to keep circling the parking lot. We called the front desk who said they could only reimburse one night's parking. However, about 15 minutes of circling the parking lot, a supervisor named Maria came out who was blocking regular spaces in the front for "handicap" people. Legally, a business has to have so many actual handicap spaces. I explained how there were no spaces and she was very rude saying how there are spaces and if you want a closer space to come back at 12am when the event was over. I kept explaining how there is not a single spot available. She finally agreed to let me park in said "reserved space" but made me feel ashamed for doing so and said that she will not be refunding any parking fees since she allowed me to park in a regular space and that the car needed to be moved by 10am the next day or it will be towed. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have yet to receive a receipt from this hotel as well.
