Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort guests can enjoy Extra Magic Hours.
Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times.

Last Christmas I stayed with my family at the Swan resort at Walt Disney World. We paid an excessive amount of $1100 USD for 2 nights, but it’s Christmas and it’s a Walt Disney resort so we knew it is going to be expensive and we were willing to pay. Since my husband is in a wheelchair, and we have a 7 year old kid, we booked the ADA room which is presented on Marriot’s website as a room that contains a king size bed and a sofa bed, and that the room occupies 3 persons. When we arrived at the room, we understood that Marriot expects all 3 to sleep in the same bed and that the room has no sofa bed and only a king size bed. Well, this was not the worst part of our stay. On the 3rd day, we went down to eat breakfast and to put our suitcases in the car. It was 9:30 am (checkout time is 11:00 am). Since we knew we are still coming back to the room, we left two boxes with food and 2 closed bottles of Starbucks coffee on the table. We saw the housekeeping worker outside who asked us if we are checking out. We specifically told her that we have not checked out yet. When we came back to the room, an hour later, we saw the housekeeping worker just outside our room, standing and drinking our coffee. When she saw us, she kept walking down the hall to a different room. When we went inside the room, we saw that the stuff we left are gone. I went after her and asked her where my stuff is, she smiled and gave me my bag with the food, and one bottle of coffee (as she already drank the other one). There was not even an apology. At 11:00 I went down to the reception in order to checkout and tell them what happened, the receptionist apologized and asked how much the coffee cost and said she will credit our account for it. In the end, when I looked at my invoice, we didn’t even get the refund for the coffee. Marriot, you should be ashamed. A $15 refund for this kind of act is embarrassing. I see your worker's act as STEALING and take it into full severity. I wish I had stayed at a different hotel. You sure won’t see us again at this hotel.
Beware bogus credit card bill

I stayed therewith son and his family. Nothing wrong with hotel . However 1 month after our return home my credit card was charge $2756. After 10 weeks and over 30 emails, I'm still waiting for a proper explaination and refund.
