I have to write to the team at the Renaissance to show my gratitude for making my partners birthday so special. Starting with Jenn (MOD) who leads a great team of associates Kean and Will (sorry I forgot names of the other front desk associates). BIG THANKS to the concierge team of Gordon and Erin. Absolutely, the right people for the right job. Just wanted to thank you all for always helping us when we needed it. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I hope to be back soon to see you all again.

Justin was our front desk clerk but he was much more than that. He exhibited excellence from the moment we checked in to minute we checked out, one week later.
