We thought the room was very good, but it was not "refreshed" on May 2 as we thought it would be. The front desk staff were excellent. We were somewhat disappointed with the "restaurant" and the evening reception (limited selection of beer and wine, limited snacks), but breakfasts were excellent. We noticed many areas of the exterior were looking very tired and even shabby in some cases (could use either painting or a good cleaning) and grounds could use more attention with respect to picking up trash and cleaning up spill areas on the upper floor walkways.

Great location, very close to many dining options. Breakfast was tremendous, the homemade omelettes were delicious. All of the other breakfast options were very good too. The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful and well kept.

Room was ok. Pool looked nice. We unfortunately had a room on an upper floor near the front entrance and they play loud music over speakers starting early in the morning which woke me up. I was upset thinking it was a loud guest. I was more annoyed that it was the hotel itself. I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

The hotel property itself is badly in need of maintenance, updating, and repair. However, this was mitigated very effectively by the staff and management. We were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff the overall cleanliness of the property, and the food service. When our room was not available upon check-in, staff proactively provided a discount because the room were agreed to was not what we had requested. Everything possible was done to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is just really run-down and in need of repair.
