Overall Impression:?The property itself looked clean and aesthetically pleasing. However, while the accommodations were decent, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. Positive Highlights: * Front Desk Service: Friendly and helpful staff at check-in. * Food and Beverage Staff: Bartenders and restaurant staff were cordial. * Aesthetic Appeal: The property’s design and cleanliness were impressive at first glance. Negative Experiences: * Beach Solicitors: The beach experience was marred by relentless solicitors offering everything from massages, pedicures, and cheap jewelry to drugs. One vendor even asked to remove my wife’s mustache- an unwelcome and intrusive remark to say the least. * Food Quality: While the food at the included restaurant was decent, the options (nachos, pizza, and pasta) were uninspired. * Pool Area Behavior: Attempting to escape the beach harassment, we moved to the pool area. Unfortunately, we witnessed what appeared to be inappropriate behavior from a couple, either newlyweds or part of a questionable arrangement. Their actions were uncomfortably explicit, both in the pool and on the beach chairs. * Bizarre Encounters: A man in a chicken suit roamed the property, invading guests’ personal space, adding an unwelcome layer of discomfort to our visit. Final Thoughts:?The property has potential, given its clean accommodations and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the intrusive beach vendors, mediocre dining, unsettling pool behavior, and bizarre entertainment detracted significantly from the experience. Bottom Line:?Decent accommodations but an unsettling atmosphere. Would not recommend.

We have been here 2 times previously in 2023 and 2020..this time the resort has seriously went down hill fast..started on check in where we didn't have our proper room, we got that sorted out..you now have to book to the a la carte restaurants which are pretty much all full for the duration of our stay.. they used to have room service and no longer do. They used to fill your fridge with 2 water and 2 coke a day, now its 1 to 2 water a day thats all..when at the buffet only 1 night has the server filled our drinks and really taken care of the customer like they should. We have gotten our own drinks 4 out of 5 nights now..paint is bubbling on all the walls in the hallway. shower divider leaks and bathroom fan sounds like its an airplane wanting to take off.. light on balcony doesn't turn on.. this will definitely be our last time coming here which really sucks as this resort used to be amazing
